Used the earbuds perfectly well for a month. Then I decided to get the App. The App took over earbuds and kept turning them off. About every hour the left earbud would turn off. The right one would stay on. Reset and about an hour later ... same thing.
Was on my was to return the headset because it was still under warranty. Then decided to completely remove the App from
my iPhone. Now the earbuds work great.

Almost all the features that would be great, like setting up Taps give a failed error message asking if both ear buds are powered on, same for changing the name and multiple other options. Sound is great it’s a shame I can’t utilized the promised features.

New version took off firmware update function everywhere. It's rediciulous that some of the users cannot update the firmware and some of them can. And they actually purchased exact same product.
