Stuck in lobby bc check in app doesn’t work

Currently writing this from a Bobobox lobby bc the app is required to check into the hotel, but since the app won’t send the otp, I can’t register. Already checked signal/connection and that’s fine. It’s the app that’s the problem.
If you’re going to force people to download your app as the only way to access the room they paid for, at least make sure the app works. 👎🏼
