I have a TCP smart switch and it is not working with my BB my HUB and my Switch are not talking to each other so I cannot connect it to my BB. I have tried it at my partners home and worked fine there is nothing wrong with my BB It should work with it because it was working before.

Discontinued support and no longer works remotely

Apparently this company originally allowed you to control your products outside your home but changed it to only inside your home back in 2016. Why is this still here?
