After a dozen hours on phone, trips to MB Service center, no one is able to resolve, last hold time was 42 min before they hung up without speaking. Going to cancel my MB apps Mercedes ME, as i was full sub planning on keeping it. Joyous I chose the trial option instead of trusting MB and I am being thankful I did not get an extended warranty as given this experience, it would be burning cash to net nothing.

Never worked, 12 hours in 2 weeks on phone, no one knows anything, 1 hour holds on phone. Brought to dealer, said they fixed it by resetting vehicle, still doesn't work.
