I clicked (once) to process a ACH bank transfer and boom it went through 3 times. No conformation, so I did it again. Boom. Now I have 4 transfers happening with no way to stop it. Coinmetro ’s Customer Service boils down to “oh well” you can transfer it back once it settles with the bank. No ACH fee reversal. Just a “Deal with it” attitude. So I have to pay $5 for each glitchy transaction. The pay another $5 to get my money back. Scammers?!?

Coinmetro is also VERY confusing and hard to figure out. Transferring funds was a chore, when it worked correctly. I’m 20% confident this thing is even real.

this app is a good company but their iOS app is crap. They redesigned it but it looks to be a mobile app wrapper of a web page that is clunky, it freezes, hard to navigate, parts of the site don't even work right. Cannot select a crypto and buy it directly in app. Don't use Coinmetro. You need to use their web app instead. Wish I could give zero stars. 👎

Been trying to get verified for over an hour and the have been stuck in an endless loop with Coinmetro not reading my face on the camera

7 days in trying to get account approved and it finally did. Now I am stuck at the deposit screen since it keeps having me try to submit an address verification which I did and it glitches in a loop asking for the address upload.
Need major update if someone wants to actually be able to buy and sell.
Lost out on so much potential due to the delay. Please fix this soon or stop gathering our information

I been trying to verify my account for the past 20 minutes trying to do the face verification. I’m Chinese so my eyes are squinty and all but having Coinmetro say “open your eye” after doing it 50 times is really insulting. Coinmetro needs more work on.

If I had the time to list everything wrong that’s wrong with Coinmetro , I would need a whole essay. Not user friendly at all. Please copy someone else’s exchange with better reviews and do what they did.

First attempt at creating an account failed. They enabled the 2FA for my account but it never connected to a 2FA app that i had. So when i try to login, the first screen i see is the 2FA screen. So i tried creating another account. It went smoothly and then i sent my credentials to get verified. 12 hours later they told me i can’t get verified and they suspended my account lol. Scr*w this, I’m using another service.

There is no way to contact anyone. They make it impossible to verify. So it’s useless. Update. I have tried and tried to verify my address with an IRS letter that even has my social on it. They won't accept it and you can not be contacted from Coinmetro . This might be the greatest thing in the world but it is crap without customer service. This screwed up world should remember that and go back to basics and talk to people for christ sake. If I could give no stars I would.

I’m not one to write reviews but it’s clear these guys are still trying to figure it out. Selections are delayed, you have to verify 3-4-5 times over and just makes you uneasy depositing fiat or transferring tokens to. Could be solid one day but clearly not right now. Use at your own risk.

Coinmetro is not a good trading app. It takes several tries to verify your identity and address information. Coinmetro could be a scam. I would be careful connecting my bank account to Coinmetro. You might lose all of your funds.

The bank they use takes forever to verify the address in order to deposit and withdraw USD, been waiting over a week and still not verified. Coinmetro seems good overall but it’s very limited without the address verification issue

Good foundation but there are issues that need to get fixed (UI, verification process, etc.) Four stars for now, will upgrade if certain things change!

I don’t know what’s happening to my account because I can’t login anymore, my access was denied for what and no option there to call or email

They do use Plaid to allow instant ACH deposits but it’s limited on amounts they allow you to transfer in. Fiat wire seems best or transfer in coins to them and then exchange. Great place to buy XRP as it’s not readily available in the USA yet.

I’ve been on the this app exchange since 2019 and Coinmetro since 2020. Coinmetro is great for my uses…general data on tokens, swap, light trading and staking.

It’s an excellent app, quick, efficient and customer service is great.

Coinmetro is easy to use for trading on the go. I found a few gems listed by Coin Metro and bought them relatively cheap before they mooned.

Loving staying up to date with the Coin Metro app. Plus their customer service is stellar when I have a question.

I originally got this app because it had the best fees to get the best Blockchain: kadena, however after using them I think it might be my favorite exchange now.

The verification process is broken. It continues to crash the program every time I try to get verified.

What’s the point on opening the account if now they are taking forever to (verify my information) 2021 and you taking days to verify an ID???!! Waist of time

No idea why they even have Coinmetro if it’s never going to work? Really guys what’s the point.
