My daughter got this as a gift some time ago and I could never get this to work. First it got stuck on the first word “good” and it wouldn’t recognize the second “o”. We also couldn’t skip past it so we’ve never been able to get past the first word. I put it aside and then some time later tried downloading it on a another device (apple product). It went on an endless syncing cycle and after a long time without completing the syncing process I just gave up. I put it aside to donate it, but decided to give it one last go (it’s been at least 6 month but maybe more). I tried it again and it took several times for it to recognize that the letter kit was placed on the pad. We got to the word “good” again and once we were done, it did nothing. There is no other button to submit or proceed, only a help button or reload from the beginning. Reloading from the beginning means we have to go through the painful process of placing the letter kit and hoping Plugo recognizes it. Clicking help requests that we have to enable the camera. By that point my daughter was completely bored. Maybe I got a defective kit. Unfortunately I can’t rate the learning experience, but the installation process was 0 stars- and like I said, I tried it 3 times and on different devices.

We have 2 this app and 3 Tacto and there is always an issue. Either it can’t read the pieces well, freezes, glitches out or says it doesn’t need something when it’s asking for that thing. I’ve never been more frustrated with something. Every single time we spend more time troubleshooting than playing. Great concept, horrible execution. So much money down the drain.

Worked great the first couple of times. Now requires a sync every time however it never syncs. Always displays sync error message saying my internet will not allow connection to their servers. Have tried on multiple networks with the same error message.

There are no instructions on what to do. Ex: coding and we are trying to jump up, we have tried all the combos and still doesn’t work. It would be helpful to have some guide to show what to use for certain steps, like jump up to the left. What tiles do we use?!!! Poor instructions without a guide

This entire series seems to have several delays during game play-as well as crashes, several times before the first stages or levels even really start. In multiple games. We have purchased nearly every kit, it is across each so far! My children are so frustrated at this point I doubt they will enjoy any part of this expensive investment again.

We received this kit brand new missing letters. We tried to play with letters app but alas once it came to a word where we need the missing letter it didn’t have an option to skip. You can’t skip anything... even the rollout mat prompts. If there was a skip option it’d be better. And the fact that it doesn’t randomly pick words and started with the same word each time is annoying. Couldn’t use it passed the word GOOD, which is the first word...

For the money not worth the headache with the software itself. Often times does not register our letters being put down causing a restart in the whole system. My kid is super excited but losing his patience with the glitchy system and software recognization issue.

My kids love this game…. If you can get it to work. We started with a fire tablet. Glitchy. Had to reinstall more than once, used on our apple phones. Eh it wasn’t great play experience lots of deleting and reinstalling the game. Eventually got a iPad (it’s under 6 months old) and now the game keeps saying to turn on camera permissions. Well they are on and I’ve closed Plugo and reopened. Reinstalled Plugo . I’ve restarted the tablet. But it can’t register that it has permissions to use the camera.

For the price of the equipment, the software still leaves A LOT to be desired. The English language translations are often clunky, the verbal request for an answer to a problem or puzzle repeats endlessly and we end up muting most of the time. The algorithm that choses difficulty levels seems a little random offering too broad a choice of problems to solve. The spelling is the same every time you visit a lesson and doesn’t provide a fresh set of words to spell each visit.

The plus side is the equipment is very well made and all has a nice feel to it. It is pretty colors and the design is perfectly cute for kids.

I really hope the developers put a lot more effort into smoothing the bugs out of the software otherwise it would just feel like I paid too much for this system.

I download the game but it won’t download and I also delete my other games but it still doesn’t work I tried many times but It doesn’t work:(

I downloaded Plugo, thinking that it was great, until my 6 year old selected a game that had witchcraft in it! This does not align with our family values. Can you please remove that game from Plugo , I would appreciate it!👍 Other than that, this gets 4/5 stars, cause it’s a great learning tool.

This is great for learning letter sounds, but wish it came with lower case letter tiles, it gets confusing for young learners when the letter on the screen is lower case but they have to use a capital letter tile, disappointed in this.

I have played for several years and the game didn’t have any updates but it is a good game It Georgia I’m going to play this game again

Only works on iPhone. Won’t work on tablet. Troubleshooting just leads me to sign up again and there is no option for support. Wish I could return this. Huge waste of money if my kids can’t even see it on their tablet screens. My iPhone is too small.

It is good for learning new things. I really enjoy the game but the spelling is kinda hard. But after all it is all five

I am a super big fan of this app! It’s super fun. I have all of your expansion packs and I am so happy please make more expansion packs. I am MELTING on you. You have the best games I LOVE you!

My 5 and 8 year old can’t put these games down. Engineering is loved by my 5 year old. They also have fun with Grammar, Music, Math and Tacto. Learning piano using the iPad is quite fun way to teach to use all fingers, fine motor skills. Once we found the correct angle to align iPad we have not had a moments problem. I recommend these because they are entertaining and engaging games but learning all the while.

This might be the best game ever since 1893 I love it so much Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!!

My 5 year old absolutely loves this. He was hooked immediately and completed 20 mystery shapes when playing for the first time.
