Everspruce Home Inventory Reviews

When I first got Everspruce it was free. I went to town cataloging my inventory for a specific project—something that took a few weekends to do. (It’s a thorough, very time-consuming process, but it was well with it to me at the time, as I saw it as a long-term investment.) It’s not something I accessed a lot after that, but when I needed it, it was super handy. Well, I just went to access it, and EVERYTHING is gone. No warning. No way to try to save or export all of my hard work. Just an empty app with a pop-up telling me it’s *now* subscription based. I guess I’ll be seeing if I can manipulate Google Sheets to do what this did. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is exactly what I’m looking for but like other reviewers have stated, my family needs to be able to access it, and this is something that should have a lifetime purchase option. This is not an app that provides content - should be a one time purchase. I would 100% be a paying customer if these were fixed.

EverspruceHomeInventory is very useful in keeping my plethora of various things organized. Are there any plans to allow subscribers the ability to import information? Or the ability to manage items on a desktop web interface? I think the batch mode is terrific, but I sometimes want to update/manage my items on a larger viewport.

I find that EverspruceHomeInventory is great to track all your stuff in storage. But for me, I also use it to track items that I don’t use often such as specialty tools (like my front door Ring tool that I need every so often to reset).

EverspruceHomeInventory is very easy to use. I especially like the fact that let you take pictures along with item names.

I love EverspruceHomeInventory! I’ve been organizing my things on a spreed sheet for years with pictures and listing everything in categories this is so much easier and faster, and so so much better. EverspruceHomeInventory is extremely helpful. Thanks to my dear friend for introducing this incredible app to me. It has helped me be more organized with all my things. I am able to organize from my handbags to my husbands love for RC airplanes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to organize their personal belongings.

After a big, complicated move, our stuff’s been in storage for over a year while we renovate the home we bought. Fortunately, I used Everspruce to pack and inventory the contents, so I know what’s where in our storage units. Big plus is EverspruceHomeInventory ’s personal and prompt customer service.

Love EverspruceHomeInventory for both organizing boxes for moving, and general storage.

I would love to see a batch add feature for photos from my phone’s photo library - even in batch add item mode, I have to open up the photo library once per item. Seems like multi-select could work well here.

Otherwise, super app! Much prettier UI than other home organization apps, too.

EverspruceHomeInventory is definitely designed with the brain of a natural organizer. It does take time to catalog everything, but it is sooooo worth it. It keeps me from buying the same things (like tools) over and over again because I can just search EverspruceHomeInventory to find if I own something. I had trouble subscribing initially, but the developer was very responsive.

I’ve tried some other “personal stuff” organizers… And the store is full of apps that are a waste of time. This one not only works well, but is pleasing to the eyes, and easy to use. Sure, to do any serious organization of the “stuff” accumulated in your life, you need to pay this developer. But in my case, to become “organized” with ability to “quickly” retrieve most everything I own was very empowering. Additionally, this will stop my wasteful spending on the re-purchase of things that I already own, but cannot easily find. (I asked EverspruceHomeInventory ’s developer to add ability to print multiple “duplicate” labels (vs only 1), so I can label 3 sides of a box…the developer said “No problem..that feature will be next in line after the feature currently being worked”).

EverspruceHomeInventory has helped me keep my sanity in check. With kids, hobbies, and lots of seasonal things... EverspruceHomeInventory has helped me keep track of everything all with the ease of photos! No need to enter every single detail of the items that I’m trying to organize. Instead, I group them, take photos of them, then take photos of the box/room they are stored in!!!! Omg why did it take so long for something like this to come along. Now, when I need to find those random things, I can pull up the photos and know exactly what room, which box!!!! This is a serious organization tool. I’m now starting to use for other things like kitchen items and will also try office materials! Can’t believe I’m actually excited about organization. :)

I am an organization nut lol. Sometimes so organized I forget what I have or where I put it. EverspruceHomeInventory is a dream come true! Within an hour of playing around I subscribed knowing this one was the one! Enhancement request, Ability to “check out” a whole box. I have seasonal decorations stored in a storage unit and it would be nice to be able to track that. Thanks for the awesome app!!!

I am an avid stamper and have over 1000 stamp & die sets. I love EverspruceHomeInventory for tracking my inventory. I love the tags that allow me to quickly sort through the items in my inventory. I have also used EverspruceHomeInventory to track the whereabouts of my children’s dorm room contents during summer vacation. Since some items are put in storage and others are in my home it saves a lot of time to know where to start looking for their items.

I have quite a few hobbies...which means I’m creative... which means I tend to be messy. I spend a good 30 minutes per day searching for things, Or I “Lose” things. Recently I bought some furniture sliders so I can move furniture around by myself. I used them and put them away in a GREAT spot, but I couldn’t find them just 3 days later. Lol. I’m excited about EverspruceHomeInventory. This will relieve a lot of my frustration. I’ll finally have a true place for things. Thank you for creating EverspruceHomeInventory. Very helpful

This has changed my families life so much, no joke. I wish I could have found EverspruceHomeInventory earlier. It has saved so much time, money and frustration. It’s so easy to find stuff and keep everything organized. Example: my family has 23 iPhone cords.... why? Because we can’t ever find anything and we re-buy! I have touched almost every inch of my house (under sinks, closets, sheds, curio cabinets, ect.) and I feel so organized and in control of my household. Thank you for EverspruceHomeInventory!! I’m using EverspruceHomeInventory to better organize an Apartment/Workroom Bin system. Tools, supplies,materials all have numbered/named bins/boxes/shelves and up till now have been in a simple spreadsheet.

I found EverspruceHomeInventory and it makes it so easy to recreate my system with so many added features like photos and checkin / checkout, tags, descriptions. I just wish I had found it earlier as creating a system from scratch would be a breeze with this software.

Batch photos lets you take pictures of Areas, Boxes, and Items all in one go then sit back later and organize them with names,tags and descriptions.

Moving/Renaming Functions very easy.

The search as you type feature is the best and fastest I’ve seen.

Getting 5 stars even with some minor bugs, which the developers have already put on their list to address. Very quick service...I got a response the same day I messaged them.

We go on long trips on our boat and fill it full of a multitude of different supplies, tools, parts, etc. I can never find what I’m looking for when I need it. I’ve been trying this new app for about a week, and it really has helped me organize and find things when I need them. I am going to continue to use it a while longer and seehow robust it is. So far it seems like a great product, especially since I can take pictures as part of the inventory process.

I’m married, in my 50s and live in a 1900 farm house for the last 25 years with a barn, storage shed, basement and attic. I have a vast collection of tools, equipment and assorted “guy stuff” all over the place. It’s HUGELY frustrating not to be able to put my hands on what I’m looking for quickly. There are times where I’ve bought a tool that I know I already have because I couldn’t find it. Your app will solve this for me! It also allows me to consolidate those less frequently used items into larger collections to save space and still be able to put my hands on them quickly!!

I have been looking for an item my mother gave me for the last 2 days. I am an extremely organized person but can’t always remember where I put things. I no longer have to go through every bin and basket in my house. Still haven’t found the item but as I continue creating my areas and boxes I am sure I will find it and will never have to look for it again. This is an answer to a prayer I didn’t even know I had! Love it! My wife and daughter have been begging me for years to find a system of organization that works for me. I had started with solid color storage bins with lists attached, but quickly lost track of what I had where - it didn’t work for me.

I switched to clear bins with lids and that was a bit better, but add your software and I’m finally off to the races.
