Buggy and breaks all rules.

One of the buggiest apps in the ecosystem. Fund values are generally incorrect, NAV updates are not in time and order management is a galore of failures in systems and usability. Support tickets take months to close. I have one open for a year now.
They seem to have it easy and are getting away with it though there are stringent regulations.
Use a different broker for direct funds if you are new!

App is full of bugs. When I try to access my purchases in last 30 days in calendar itβs showing completely wrong information. Processed records are showing in not yet processed tab. I bought MF with some amount and it is showing only half of it. Zerodha a scammer
