I have contacted SeasonCast about the score keeper and have had no luck. I’ve tried the number and email. I’m about to ask for a refund if I can’t get anyone to reply. We are using it for our all-stars and expect to hear back when paying for the premium service!!

This is a great concept, but the execution and consistency are terrible. It works about 50% of the time, and looking at reviews it seems we have the same problems as others with the app saying we are live, but the actual broadcast not being available and no recording. Support is non-existent. The phone line is never answered, and they do not answer emails. They cut and paste the same response to negative reviews - it is clear they are cutting and pasting because it is the same response with the same grammatical errors. I really believe they are doing just enough to keep taking money, but providing no support or development. Not worth it.

They are still taking money, but the streaming doesn’t always work and phone support is never working for last month. All emails for support over past month also are not being answered. It seems like they are no longer in business. Make sure you turn off your subscription before getting charged for getting nothing.

Tried the free version of the app and upgraded to the premium. The app itself is pretty slick. Unfortunately, I can’t log into my account and followed directions to reset the password at least 10 times. No luck. I emailed customer support twice and had a ticket opened, but 4 days later, no follow up. I called their number but “all reps are busy and our waitlist is full”. Seems fishy to me.
