اذا سجلت بالتطبيق تختفي جميع الكتب اللي شريتها وحملتها ثم دقائق وينهار التطبيق ويغلق نفسه كيف احفظ كتبي اذا لم سجل دخول لحسابي

السلام عليكم. البرنامج لا يعمل ولا بشكل صحيح ولا يوجد فيه ولا كتاب البرنامج فاضي (خربوطااا)
حاولت احمل كتب ولا قدرت حتى صور الكتب نفسها ما قدرت اشوفها مع ان النت عندي قوي مره لكن البرنامج يحتاج للتحديث ويمكن كثرة الناس فجأة سببت زحمه وضغط عليه .. حذفته للاسف
لا يمكن التصفح ولا تحميل الكتب وهذا التطبيق يحتاج تحديث
وصلني مقطع بأن العبيكان اتاح الكتب مجاناً وهذا غير صحيح لا توجد خانه لتحميل الكتب

يوجد مشاكل في التطبيق وأبرز مشكلة تقابلني هو بطء التحميل وعدم وضع علامة دائمة على الكتب المحملة ... وكمثال إذا دخلت متجر مكتبة العبيكان وحملت الكتب واستعرضتها وقرأت بعضها وأغلقت التطبيق ثم فتحته ستظهر هذه الكتب في شاشة الكتب التي اشتريتها وعندما أفتح متجر مكتبة العبيكان أجد الكتب التي حملتها مسبقا بدون أي علامة تدل أني قد حملتها مسبقا وهذا يحدث خلط عند مستخدم التطبيق فلا يعلم ما قد حمل وما لم يحمل من الكتب ..نرجو حل المشكلة .
