This is my new favorite thing! Setup was very easy. I had previous issues with Drinkworks function: update- if you use the gmail app, it likely opens through chrome. Because I set up my this app account using safari on my laptop when I pre-ordered this appliance, I had to use safari on my phone to access my gmail for the verification link to work. Bluetooth pairing and firmware update were all very quick and easy.

I also want to say that the customer service response was fantastic and immediate when I had a hiccup with my final purchase order/delivery schedule. So far, everything has been exactly what I’ve expected, and the drinks are delicious!!

I love my this app machine. Drinkworks is horrible. First it requires a Bluetooth connection every time you open it to the machine. Which means if I am not near the machine or I don’t have it plugged in and on then Drinkworks can’t connect and I can’t get into the site. This is particularly annoying if you are away and decide you want to shop for pods. I also have a terrible time working within the site. Maybe it’s me but it never remembers my sign in info and I constantly have to hit forgot my password to get in. That is why I’m only giving it 3 stars. The machine makes a fantastic drink!

Perpetually indicates my this app hasn’t been cleaned in 25 months. It did advance to 27 months before the this app indicated i needed to clean it. I thought it might correct after the first cleaning cycle, but I performed that today and it reset to 25 months. Everything else about Drinkworks is good.

The machine is amazing. I highly recommend it. Drinkworks needs work. It does not store your credit card to make re-ordering easier and it’s very confusing. I give the machine 1000%. I gave Drinkworks two ⭐️ ⭐️. this app, you created an amazing machine, but you need someone to re-design Drinkworks.

App works well in terms of software updates for the machine and indicating temperature and when to clean. However it does not retain account info such as name and payment method. Also does not provide my address when I try to enter it. I made multiple attempts and it forgets the info the next time you open Drinkworks despite being logged in. Makes reordering pods and accessories through Drinkworks impossible.

Issues with responsiveness of selecting items loading to cart. This has to be impacting overall sales. I know I have given up on multiple orders due to this. Drink Pods seem to load better than Accessories. Please fix bugs.

I love my this app machine but Drinkworks is terrible. it’s super slow. When I click to order a carton and go to the cart the screen is blank. You can’t see what you’re ordering. I’ve had this machine for a year now and there has been zero improvement on Drinkworks.

Drinkworks will connect to the this app machine by Bluetooth and update firmware of the machine without a glitch but the shopping functions within Drinkworks just do not work. Don’t waste your time with them.

this app needs to hire someone to repair their iOS app and website.

Drinkworks has been working great through previous updates. Unfortunately, this latest update crashes after a few moments even with a clean install of Drinkworks . :-(

What is the point of an app that does not do what it is suppose to do !
Seriously, you can’t order anything, it spins and never goes to check out. More annoying than anything else. Not impressed at all

I can’t believe how easy this is to setup. I tried a few of the drinks and it was great.

Amazed that after some period of time the often mentioned problems still exist. Wonder why?

Drinkworks won’t sync. The Bluetooth sync screen flashes for a millisecond and disappears. I’ve tried all the usual fixes—unplug and reboot the machine; reboot the phone; uninstall and reinstall Drinkworks . Nothing works.

I’ve it almost 2 weeks now. An I’m in love it’s awesome.Very easy to set up and use. The drinks are amazing. It’s great to entertain with . I’ve gotten so many complaints on it .

Cannot deal with Drinkworks the layout is just plain weird and hard to navigate

You can’t order from Drinkworks because the screen always glitches out.

Won’t accept password, password reset does not work

Won’t connect to phone, no directions, no support, nothing!! Ahhhhhh waste of time and money.

App does not work! You can’t connect it to the machine. Tried Drinkworks on my iPhone and on my fiancé’s android and neither one worked. Called customer service and they couldn’t help and act like they didn’t know it has trouble connecting but there are SO many reviews saying that Drinkworks does not connect to the machine.

First the machine is very good and this not a review of the machine only Drinkworks . Drinkworks is oddly laid out, the main screen shows first “tap to call” which is used to call for support, why would you put that on the main screen in the best location. The info about the machine, temp and status should be first, I have to swipe over to see the machine info while the call support is front and center.

There is a “review” for pods you make but there is no easy way to see your previously made pods and “my favorite” pods are hidden deep in a menu.

Drinkworks just needs to be tweaked to make it more user friendly and organize the layout to give the user the info up front rather then having to swipe and go through Menus for the tasks you do most often. I would like to see the machine temp, status and my pods up front then place the call for support and firmware of the machine in a tab.

All the tabs on the bottom just display the website.

I love the this app machine! Drinkworks is another story entirely. Pages take FOREVER to load, and then once you decide to go back to a previous page, Drinkworks freezes. Even closing Drinkworks and opening it again doesn’t reset the process, it picks up where you left off on the same frozen white screen. It doesn’t remember my location so I have to constantly re-type my zip code for available pods, and sometimes when you click one of the drinks it brings you to a completely different drink page than you intended. To be honest, if you want to browse for pods you’re better off using your phone’s browser to use the site. It’s much more reliable that way.
