what was once my favorite game to play became the worst game I've ever played. I played this game every second I could and worked hard to get to such a high level and just out of nowhere the game stopped working. anytime I try to play the game I sit and wait for the loading screen to go away but it doesn't move. I've searched everything possible to find a way to fix it and nothing works. I hope you all fix this!

I finally made it past level 1000 and now it’s deciding to not load at all. I open the game and it sits on the home/loading screen forever and never changes. Tried turning my phone all the way off and still doesn’t work. I don’t want to delete it and lose my progress. So sad and frustrated.

Any time I click on Ball Blast to load it up and play all it does is stay on the start screen and does not load up at all, I even tried turning off my phone and checked my internet connection even went offline and still won’t work.
