How to fix AirGarage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirGarage app on iPhone
Update AirGarage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirGarage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirGarage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirGarage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirGarage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirGarage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirGarage App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirGarage » click [Force Stop]

Update AirGarage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirGarage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirGarage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirGarage.

Fix AirGarage unable to contact server/ AirGarage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirGarage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirGarage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirGarage
