As a user, I'm livid. My husband set up an account yesterday for parking. We parked in Fort Lauderdale for a little over an hour and we paid. We got a confirmation and reciept for that parking and went home. Great - pleasant experience. We spent the rest of the day at home.

Two hours later, we get a random text from this app saying that our car has been parked somewhere without paying for a rental, so they set up a rental FOR US so we 'don't get towed' (the words from the text) . My husband replied that he isn't parked anywhere but at home and to cancel this. No response. Today, we got a bogus $40 charge for this made up parking.

My first problem, is that it is absurd that they are able to SET UP A RENTAL FOR US with our information, without us having done so. If your customers get towed, that's on them. My second problem is that it is completely unacceptable that they can then just charge our card for these random rentals they set up for us. This is a scam, plain and simple. We'll be getting a new debit card, and never using this service again.

First off, I LOVE this concept. But AirGarage itself puts me in an error loop (I can’t start an active rental), after I already started a rental that was NO LONGER RECOGNIZED when I woke up in the morning! I got an automated SMS saying I was automatically charged for the full day (24 hrs) because “I didn’t have an active rental”. I then check my credit card and it says I was charged twice over a 6-hour period. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I now have to deal with my credit card merchant for the faulty charge, NO human support rep from this app, and because I can’t go to my car right now - I had to repay and rebook on a different service (paying twice for a multi-day period) because I have NO EVIDENCE that this app is reliable. Shame on me for trusting this buggy app, and shame on the creators for releasing this live when it leaves people’s cars at risk because it doesn’t work. Now I sit at work while wondering if my car will get towed because this app didn’t work.

Need a way to find current location otherwise works fine

Was skeptical about AirGarage at first. I left a parking spot and forgot to end my rental. I noticed 2 days later and hit end rental. The rental automatically stopped at 12am and all I did was use AirGarage to simple say “I had an appointment at 10 was gone by 11am and forgot to end rental” someone responded by text to me within a few minutes to let me know they resolved my issue and only charged me for the hour I was there. That’s really good customer service. I won’t think twice about using them again!

No warning provided for starting a rental, charges college kids daily max if rental is not started and you are parked in their lot with 5 minute buffer time without warning. Charges credit card without your authorization. I started a rental and it ended itself without me ending it and someone scanned my car the next morning, So I got charged $20 without even parking for 24 hours, even though I started my rental and didnt finish it. Just park on the street stop using these lots tickets are cheaper than their wrongful charges

I enjoy the service. I have been using it for some time. It is very useful that there is digital communication. For example, today I was unable to digitally engage to start my parking time. Your office registered my car, and now, after my appointment, I am vacating my parking spot for others. Thanks.

Used this for parking in Kansas City. Stayed about 2 hours. Got back to the car, tried to end the rental, but AirGarage won’t let me scroll up far enough to hit the darn button. When I scroll and let go, it bounces back to the top. I restarted AirGarage , restarted the phone, and nothing works. What a headache!!! I’m now going to be charged $30 for $10 worth of parking. Of course you don’t have anyone available to chat with in real time as this is happening…

I love AirGarage because I can find parking close to campus without having to spend an absurd amount of money. It’s convenient because you can pay right from your app. No parking meters! I really hope more businesses and establishments start using this app to rent out their parking lots.

Super convenient with not having to worry about running out of time on the meter. I just start the time when I park and stop once I return to my car. I love AirGarage!! I wish they were everywhere.

I live in Sacramento. There are this app signs outside many private businesses. But the only this app check-in point online is literally several cities over despite refreshing on the same 5 city blocks, 10, 20, 30, half the city, the entire city.

AirGarage simply doesn’t work. I’m better off hiring local bums to guard my car by the minute.

It is very difficult to get in touch with someone who could help. I’ve tried canceling my rental many times and the link does not work. I downloaded AirGarage to see if I could cancel it from there and when I click on “signup or login” there’s no login option. It wants to start a new account. Still haven’t heard from someone who could help and I’m not happy.

I had an issue with a false ticket and their customer service helped me out and I wasn’t charged anything.

And phone number were spammed by dozens and dozens of emails and phone calls. The hours I have spent trying to unravel giving AirGarage my phone and email is unbelievable. These people Are criminals.

I have used AirGarage for over a year. Never had any issues until a few month ago. I have now had several charges for parking in California and Vagus were I never have traveled and on the same day in Pitsburgh. I also can find how to report this or how to get my monies return will never us again.

This is a great way to find parking. Easy to use app and much more affordable than the paid parking available around town especially near college campus. Thank you!!

I don’t have a car, but AirGarage makes me wish I did.

AirGarage is not clear what you need to do first before you start your rental. Would be better if it started off with signing up.

this app app is awesome. Super easy to use, find spaces, pay, and go on with life. Isn’t that what a parking app should be?

I see this is a problem other people are having as well. The concept of this app is fantastic, but when there are issues, and there ARE issues, you’re left with no communication from customer service. I have emailed and texted, and neither has worked.

I have sent in 2 different emails asking for help but not response. Customer service is very slow and now I can't park in any of the around campus garages. And I currently have a tab open because it was automatically started by one of the monitors and I can't close it.

Quick easy simple to use. Lots of locations near by.

AirGarage does not provide correct information on rates for lots that you are parking in and they send you messages in the middle of the night informing you of rate increases that were not represented when you logged in. For one overnight and day I was charged $150!!! Never using these again, BEWARE of RIPOFF!

I hope Air Garage catches on the way vacation rental apps have. Easy to use and a game changer if you have to park near ASU.

This is a great idea. Love it.

All I get is a white screen (has happened on multiple devices); which is the last thing you want to see when you’re running late for class and these are the only parking spots available

I opened AirGarage to end my time and got a white screen! Filled out the customer service form and have not heard from anyone. I hope they do not charge me for more than one day. There's no customer service number to

With scooters and expensive parking on our campus, air garage is a welcome alternative. Great app that’s easy to use, with prorated parking and no fees - awesome!

Parking at asu is terrible and AirGarage lets you rent spots directly from businesses or home owners.
