I opened my account,and the next day I tried to have access to my account,They locked it without any reason ,i call customer service to find a solution,nothing, .i sent email in the first week of December,no answer until now,i can’t have access to my pay staff ..So disappointed .

Attempted to change profile info. Wouldn’t update. Tried to change password because it didn’t accept what I knew to be my password. Sent several feedback messages. No response.
Several months later: Tried to open PayFocus . Blank screen.

This is PayFocus /company that your boss uses when he/she is too cheap to pay for the best (ADP). My paycheck never pulls up and PayFocus is always “searching” for info that it never finds. Bosses— quit being cheap and pay a little more for a company that has their crap together. Hint: NOT this one!

I set up the account on my laptop, tried to login via iPhone and it says I’m using an incorrect email address. I checked and re-checked spelling to ensure I spelled it correctly and i had. Won’t work. I’ve deleted it.

PayFocus needs help. Every time I go into another category, I have to log in again. Please don’t ask me to tell my employer or HR to submit a request to fix the problem. I am HR and I’m telling you that PayFocus doesn’t work.

I’ve been trying for days to view my paystubs and PayFocus always says “Page can’t be found.” Then I try the “Report feedback” button and it tells me it fails with that too.

App does not recognize my email after i set it up online. I called the support help out of Nashville the lady was very rude. She hung up on me. Terrible app with terrible customer service.
