This has helped my business say organized. I can create invoices on the go and then email them to the customer, mo papers to keep up with. PinkOffice also Porta in your order from MK, so my inventory stays up to date. With PinkOffice it has encouraged me to keep moving in my business without the hassle of paperwork for a small cost!!

It might be easier and quicker to get a payment if your at an event if you use your phone, not a computer or tablet. Also, I didn't see it's a 14 day trial, then you have to pay for that too on top of the $60/year for the website and $40/year for propay, then $95/year for PinkOffice!? Ugh, to much.

Slowest app and program on the planet. Not worth the money. The website is terrible too.

Tells me that my password is invalid and couldn’t login.

I have been using Pink Office online software to manage my business for 4 years. I am super excited to now be able to manage my inventory, sales, and customer information on the go with their companion mobile app. I've been in touch with the developer and they have some great features coming in the future to expand PinkOffice. My favorite feature is having all of my customers' information at the tip of my fingers to access at their appointments! It's super easy to look back and see what they've purchased in the past, which makes me look so professional and helps me to continue to focus on what matters most... them!! I used another customer/inventory program for 15 years and was hesitant to change; but my previous program was not iPad friendly. I've had Pink Office for 2 months and LOVE it!
So easy to set up, even with hundreds of contacts, easy to import orders to update inventory and my favorite feature is the invoice email option which allows customer to PAY thru ProPay from the email link and I get instant ProPay credit! Another, great feature is ability to access customers and invoices from my iPhone anywhere, anytime.

I really want PinkOffice to be the one that I use for my MaryKay business. The big problem is how PinkOffice keeps closing when I am trying to save data. This issue needs to get fixed. Please take out these bugs, I really want PinkOffice to work. When it does, I will rate 5. Also, it would be great if you added the other items that are on the customer profile: skin care needs, skin type, special care statements, foundation wishes and skin tone, wedding, occupation, facial things for the personalized look, age, complimentary facial list, and wish list.

PinkOffice is amazing! I can make invoices and charge customers all from PinkOffice. Plus it keeps track of your expense and sales on the main screen, so it really helps you keep track of the finances very easily. It is 9.95/month but it's totally worth it. I've been using it since May, no complaints.

I love this idea because it brings all the office work together. However, I don't have a home computer so to not be able to enter inventory or adjust things on PinkOffice makes this pretty useless for me which is sad because I want to use this!!

Still adjusting to it. For those of you who can't login, you need to go to the internet and go to the pink office website and create a login there. Hope that helps. I'm having trouble getting information to sync from the website to my mobile app. Don't know how to fix that problem.

I just downloaded PinkOffice . Everything was going great until I started adding my customers contacts. It crashes every time I try to add one from the contacts listed in my phone. I don't want to list all the information manually (which appears to work)! PLEASE FIX! I will review the rating in a few days and provide an update if appropriate.

Was a bit perplexed about why "it wouldn't work" at first.

You have to go to the website and create a user name and password. Then PinkOffice will work. Would be extremely helpful if they notified you of this.

Otherwise I'm liking it so far. Need to spend more time on it.

I find it hard to add product to my inventory with PinkOffice. Also, the Help section never loads completely, so I am unable to get help. On the other hand, it's easy to create invoices and track spending.

PinkOffice would be incredibly useful, and helpful, if it didn't require a membership to a web based program. As it is, it is very cost prohibitive, and not at all helpful for the majority of consultants who are doing their best to get off the ground. Instead, PinkOffice will only benefit those who have a LOT of money to spend on overhead costs.

I was upset to discover PinkOffice costs $9.95/month if you want to do anything beyond just looking at it!! This information needs to be up front in the description!! Otherwise it looks like it be a good tool if you can afford the expense - which I can not at this time.

PinkOffice not only was very poorly organized and didn't work, the company offers lousy customer service. My account was charged multiple times and customer service says they can't issue a refund. Stay away!!

I'm so disappointed . PinkOffice is not even useable. Every time you attempt to sign in , you will get a message stating that your password is invalid despite it being correct. This issue is due to recent update and has yet to be fixed. Please fix asap

PinkOffice is too buggy. It keeps randomly signing out mid-use and it won't let me select payment type other than check. They are off to a descent start but it simply doesn't work like it should. Back to Excel.

I've heard great things about PinkOffice but apparently the most current update was a flop because it won't let me login now.

This is an update to an earlier review. I'm not sure what happened, but PinkOffice works well now.
