I ordered my scale over a month ago and still haven’t received it! The tracking info I was given shows the item has been delivered and I never received it. It’s very sad how all the real comments about this company are deleted or blocked so new potential customers can’t see the truth about what’s going on. Ive emailed left comments send DMs and no one can tell me where my scale is but you guys were very quick to take my money. Very very sad and disappointed and I will continue to write true and honest reviews about my experience with FitTrack people deserves know the truth.

It’s been incorrect on the BF% right from the start but at least consistently so meaning I could still incorporate its trends in my regular caliper and other body measurements. The differential had always been 9-10%. I.e. it would say I’m 23% if in reality I’m 13% and so forth. I’m currently cutting at a nice pace of just under 2lbs/ week currently at 12% (calipers). When I hit 12% last week the scale all of a sudden jumped up and started showing 26% instead of the expected 22%. There was a multiple lbs drop in muscle and increase in fat. Tried it a number of times that day as well as the following day, made sure feet were clean and dry and nothing else was compromising. No change. Do I decided it might be a good idea to logout and log back in again. Now it didn’t let me log back in! Reinstalled, same. Every time I got weird error messages talking about network errors etc or just freezing. Didn’t even let me retrieve my password. Growing increasingly frustrated I contacted customer support from the website. No response...I think I’m going to throw it out or at least I’m going to use it for weight only. What a waste of money.

After 2 hours of fiddling with it, tossed the whole thing out. FitTrackPro will connect to the scale and measure “visitor” but will not allow me register or set up a profile. FitTrackPro is simply unresponsive across all devices when attempting to register or log in. The scale itself gives different readings every time, within a span of just minutes, with up to 5 lb variations. This I learned by accident during multiple tries to get FitTrackPro to sync and allow me to register. Booted devices, re-installed FitTrackPro (several times across multiple devices), followed the instructions to the letter...app is still dead. This thing is useless, a scam, with weak technological support. What a waste. Straight to the trash where it belongs.

I bought this scale and it read a number quite high I said ok. I need to lose weight but then my whole family used it. Even my two toddlers. It said my 3 year old is 60 lbs. I’m like oh no that’s impossible. Then my 1 year old is 50??? Obviously wrong. I took them to the doctor to find out they are 27 and 42 pounds. Crazy right! Wel I pull out my old scaled and of course re weigh everyone to find out the scale is 20 plus pounds off. I have tried to contact customer support 3 different times since January and no response! This scale was a hundred bucks. Absolutely unacceptable I want my money back for this garbage but can’t even get in touch with support!

I had major issues at first because the instructions tell you to download the wrong app. After 10 messages back and forth with customer service (who are terrible at helping you), I finally realized it’s a different app name. Took forever to sync. It’s been working fine but today it didn’t sync up. I deleted app and re downloaded then couldn’t log in or change password. This should be far easier. It’s 2021 and technology shouldn’t be so terrible. Wish I didn’t buy the scale, it’s been more trouble than anything.

I was so excited to get the scale and when I got it every time I try to register it says wrong server information, please try later… So I weigh in as a visitor every time and then when I go to look at all that is on there it disappears after about five seconds so I can’t even see any of my results other than my weight unless I go really fast… I’m so disappointed because I spent a lot of money on this scale and was really hoping to kickstart my health with this machine… i’ve read many other reviews that have said the same thing and I feel like we all deserve a refund

My girlfriend bought the Scale and downloaded FitTrackPro to begin using it right away. It worked for her for a few months. And it’s great (when it works!!) the scale gives you so much feedback on your body and can really help you track your fitness improvements. However, I wanted to start using it alongside her. FitTrackPro advertises that you can have multiple user profiles. I added myself, but cannot for the life of me get it to load any NEW data. I step on the scale, socks off as directed, the scale works, weighs me accurately, FitTrackPro says “analyzing” and it seems to be syncing. Then the test completes and NOTHING loads into FitTrackPro . SO FRUSTRATING. My girlfriends profile now seems to have the same issue. DEV TEAM — please fix this issue. I really like the product but can’t give it anything above 2 stars for the frustrating experience we’ve had. May need to return. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro, not sure if or why this would make a difference.

I like the scale and app design but it’s incomplete. I’m not talking about things I would like, I’m talking about things that aren’t completed in FitTrackPro . For instance, I tried to provide feedback and the form won’t submit. It says “Warm reminder. Submit failed.” And the FAQs are employ - no FAQs available. Overall, I like the concept of the scale but wonder how an organization can miss such basic details. More importantly, FitTrackPro lacks behavioral components I would expect from a product. For instance, all data is labeled “low, standard, high, very high”. One would think these kinds of labels would be accompanied by encouraging pop ups or at least further analytics. Otherwise, a person is faced with weeks of climbing in a scale to see their progress toward their weight goals with accompanying negative labels.

There seems to be a serious glitch with my application. For three days in a row I have weighed myself, and the scar consistently tells me I weigh the EXACT same weight and have the EXACT same bodyfat percentage. This is impossible as I’ve weighed myself on two other scales, both of which show differently. The only thing I can think of that indicates an issue, is that each time I’ve used the scale in those three days, there is a message on the screen of my app that says “Within a day.” Does this mean it won’t accept new readings within the same 24-hour period? Or, is this an issue for which I should request a return?

I love this scale and all of the info it provides however, I wish there was an easier way to view changes over time. It would be nice to see numbers side by side rather than a chart that you need to click each entry to read them separately. You can also only look at one piece of data and it’s changes at a time. I really love this option but would like to see it enhanced so you could at least see the most recent data side by side with the current data and allow us to see all of the data at one glance.

I’d also love it if suggestions could be given on how to improve each measurement after the definition of what each thing is measuring.

As I was analyzing my different results after my first weigh-in, it told me my cutaneous fat was high. My cutaneous fat is at 22.6%. Its range showed I needed to be closer to 17% to be in normal ranges. I looked up the normal range of cutaneous fat for an adult woman and it falls between 20-35%. So basically FitTrackPro suggests I need to potentially push myself to lose fat into unhealthy ranges to be “normal.” Be careful to do your own research and don’t trust everything it tells you.

FitTrackPro was difficult to connect via bluetooth on two different phones. Had to reinstall FitTrackPro , reboot phones, etc. Took way too much time.

My husband created his profile on his phone and I created mine on my phone, however when both of our phones had bluetooth active, his weight and health scores showed up in my profile/phone!!! That should NOT happen.

Lastly, I love the concept of FitTrackPro working with FitTrackPro , but I don’t feel like FitTrackPro explains itself very well or is user-friendly. I’d like to know the difference between some of the measurements, like “protein rate” vs “protein mass” and whether it’s good to be high or low in specific areas. And, as another user pointed out - where’s the tips for improvement??? The whole point of this is to educate yourself about your health and use it as a tool to improve, but how? How do I reduce visceral fat? How do I improve bone mass?

FitTrackPro needs work. I have only used it a few times, so I can’t offer feedback on the history function...yet.

Got the FitTrack scale for Christmas and I love all the information it gives me! I am pleased so far with everything it does but I do wish FitTrackPro would keep a history for each user and not do it by averages. I would like to see each days data and it would be nice if you could keep up to a months worth of data for comparison purposes. It also would be nice if there were some place to find an explanation of each item the scale tracks for a better understanding on what it shows you. But honestly the scale is the best one I’ve ever owned and plan on purchasing more for future gifts!

The scale is great, I love how it shows everything about your body, but FitTrackPro needs updating. Every time I try to access my own information it resets my phone and asks for login password or finger print, and when I open the phone, FitTrackPro is closed. It closes on it’s own. My body fat is standard and it show the numbers in green, but the resulta are shown in red as if I was obese or something. I’m athletic, so I know the BMI will be off, but the body fat % in red when I’m in the range? Nope. It should be green. It also glitches when I try to access my husband’s linked account, and I wanted to add my daughter as well, but it glitches too much. It’s annoying. My iPhone is updated, so I know is not the phone. Please fix it. Thank you!

I love the scale and the automatic syncing with my phone so I can monitor my progress but, the graphics on FitTrackPro could benefit from some improvements. They could be more graphic with better trends, more integration of information and it would be great if, in addition to an explanation, they added tips on how to improve the number. For example, I’m drinking significant amounts of water but my body water percentage doesn’t change. Another suggestion would be to label the weight/number/percentage between the low/average/high measurements. With some improvements, this could easily be a “must have” too for weight loss/maintenance. Looking forward to the next update.

I am seriously so impressed with this scale! It arrived shortly after ordering and as soon as I opened it I was blown away. It is sleek and made from high quality materials. Already, it was worth the money. Set up was extremely simple and it is so easy to use every day. I love that I can see day to day the little differences in my body instead of being frustrated with only a number. This has stepped up my fitness game to a whole other level. It is the best purchase I have made.

I am so glad that I decided to buy this scale! It is everything that I could ever need and is so accurate. I love the way app tells you everything that you need to know whether you are trying to track your visceral fat to your body water intake. There was a lot of things on there that it calculated that I didn’t even know what it was or meant until I did my research. I would most definitely recommend the scale and app to everyone!! That’s how much I love it!

I ordered this scale on a whim because I wanted to have more insight on my progress. When it came in the mail, it didn’t work. :/ However, I contacted their support and it was HANDS DOWN the best support I’ve ever dealt with. They kept me very well informed of everything and after I was able to show them that it was indeed broken, they immediately sent out a replacement. Gold star for sure! Now I have a well made, sleek looking scale that gives me more insight on my body then I honestly know what to do with. Overall, this scale and the company itself deserves the 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed!!

FitTrackPro is the convenient side piece to the scale. It is necessary for me to be able to track my numbers each day. I have been using this scale for one month now. I weigh every morning, and I struggle with my weight. Even though I am a healthy weight now, I still have a tendency to live or die by the number. This scale/app has helped me understand that my health is more than that one number on the scale. There are so many aspects to being in good health, and this scale/app helps me achieve that. I am glad I get to celebrate all sorts of scale victories associated with my health each morning when I weigh. I will never live without this combo again!

I love this scale! The design is very clean and fits in with any room decor. FitTrackPro and scale are simple to use and it gives you so much information. To be able to get my body fat, muscle mass, water mass etc I would have to go to a supplement store or send my clients their to get their informations and they would always try to sell them stuff but now I can do it with this scale and it didn’t cost thousands of dollars. One of the best investments for my businesses.

For the cost of this scale you would expect FitTrackPro to be much better. There is no way to customize the view. The “tiles” only give you an average so as previous posters stated trying to compare day to day is virtually impossible. Even with the “history” option it uses averages. On top of that it has some really bad English use on some of the pop ups. The touch input on some screens is WAY off. And finally they could at least have run spell checker on the windows and pop ups. Horrible app, I wish Apple would natively support the scale input so I could deleted FitTrackPro off my phone.

The birthday keeps resetting to the default year of 1990. I have changed it at least 10 times and every time I reopen FitTrackPro it has reset back to 1990. Super annoying. This bug needs to be fixed

I purchased this same scale thinking that it would be an accurate measure of progress, but I realized that it doesn’t have enough data to benchmark to people of my body type. I’ve been fit all my life and workout 5x a week with minimal fat yet it says I am “overweight.” This needs to be corrected (or at least acknowledged).

I like the scale it’s self FitTrackPro leaves something to be desired.

The big issue I have if I want to be able to weigh without my phone in hand. This one feature is enough to make me start looking for a better alternative.

I love this scale!! It gives you great information! It’s a little hard to see your data because only the most recent weight is listed. You have to click back on each day to see whet the weight was. That’s the only complaint I have about it!

I am really happy with my scale, i am fitness personal trainer and competitor so i need to be very strict on my weight and this scale give me all i need and more! I just wake up every morning and use it as part of my routine, is very precise and accurate, so i love it, also is small and you can take it anywhere, I strongly recommend it!!!
