Two of us on vacation wanted to rent bikes and could only rent them thru Bloom app. We each have two cell phones and only got one bike to unlock trying all 4 phones. My app would say malicious virus attacking my phone when I opened it which probably is try or the Bloom app trying to trick me into buying their software that I don’t need. This app kept having an error message and doesn’t clearly guide you through the process. I think it should be dumped and not reworked. My girlfriends phone won’t do any map searches after loading this app. We wasted about 40 minutes and ended up walking in the hot sun. We called the number for the bike company and he never returned our call.

Unable to login or retrieve my account

I created a Bloom account a couple of years ago, and now I am unable to access the account. It’s asking me to upload a recovery file, but I have no such file. When I try to register a new account, it tells me the email address is already taken. When I request to reset my password, I never receive a password reset email. In the app, I keep getting a message saying “Could not find user with ethAddress…”

Now I’m concerned that this company has my personal information, and I have no way to access it. Please be careful before you download this app!

I use all my mail addresses and for some reason when I try to verify my accounts via Mobile I get stuck with a retry button and the bloom logo. What's worse is that when I created an account via web and a new gmail account it worked but the mobile app showed nothing but the first card... ether this is a major scam or its just a bug. Either way the mobile app needs fixing.
