Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MPP app issues:

Force Stop the MPP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MPP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MPP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MPP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MPP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MPP.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
