- Netflix and Prime Video recognize the VPN and won't let you play until it's been shut off

- Unavailable titles can be brought up but still can't be played

trying to cancel and nothing works! Webpage says easy cancel but it is not. I WANT TO CANCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To resolve VPN Lumos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the VPN Lumos App
1. On android, goto Settings » VPN Lumos » click [Force Stop]

Clear VPN Lumos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VPN Lumos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VPN Lumos.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VPN Lumos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VPN Lumos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VPN Lumos
