Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LED Hue app issues:

Force Stop the LED Hue App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LED Hue app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LED Hue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LED Hue App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LED Hue app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LED Hue.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LED Hue » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
