Bluetooth worked for 15 miles

Just download the app and after discovering that the product has to be connected to a power bank, I was able to connect to the Bluetooth. It was doing fine while I was exploring the many color changing features until it stopped working and the product was stuck on the white lights. I would have preferred it to be stuck on multi lights because when I connect to the battery pack it stays on the white lights. I’ll be exchanging my product and most likely not use the app, which is a major downer for the product. I hope these features can be fixed. Looks like the app hasn’t been worked on for a year.
Stopped working

I’ve had these lights for about a week and they were very cool i liked them a lot but one day they stopped working. The Bluetooth still connects but the lights don’t work. I will scroll through the colors and the lights will flash for a second but then not work at all after that. I’ve tried reconnecting them, putting them in a different outlet, and a downloaded the app on a different device but they still don’t work. I’m very sad i wasted my money on this.
It doesn’t display the right colors

It’s confusing and when I try to use the colors it has on the app it makes my lights turn a totally different color than it should. Total waste of money and time. Don’t put it up in your room because you’ll find out that the app doesn’t work and wish that it could come off but it won’t because it sticks to your wall and if you try to take it off it leaves a white residue that stays there forever. If you plan on selling your house especially, buy different lights.
