How to fix DabaPay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DabaPay app on iPhone
Update DabaPay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DabaPay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DabaPay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DabaPay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DabaPay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DabaPay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DabaPay App
1. On android, goto Settings » DabaPay » click [Force Stop]

Update DabaPay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DabaPay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DabaPay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DabaPay.

Fix DabaPay unable to contact server/ DabaPay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DabaPay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DabaPay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DabaPay
