The new update is awful. You’re platform went from nearly perfect to flat out unusable and unreliable, literally overnight. My rig stats are all over the place and the app is not very intuitive. There’s “redundant” stat overviews on the miner tab and the dashboard but they show different values for the same workers. The app is buggy and crashes. Also, the desktop miner app that was recently updated to 3.0.7.0 is dog water. Neither the mobile nor the desktop app show the same stats. At this point I just look at my wallet to see what’s happening. My 3080 is being paid significantly less than it should be for the hash and difficulty and my 580 is now crashing at an overwhelming rate. Tons of miner windows are being opened. lolMiner and Nanominer are stable on their own but not within NiceHash, bummer. Also, I’m not the only one with that issue and is posted on GitHub but no meaningful responses from nicehash. I for one am extremely disappointed and hope that you can get this fixed in short order.

Turns off NiceHash miner when I open app
I am 2300 miles away from my 8x 3080 ti build and I open the NiceHash app and it just turns off the whole rig’s program. I know that the rig went offline just the moment I opened it because the unpaid balance had money in it. I checked the next day and the rig was still offline. When I got back to my rig, it apparently removed the whole NiceHash miner so I had to reinstall it and start the program again. 2 weeks later, it happened to me a second time, and the same exact thing happened but I wasn’t across the globe.

Garbage company that won’t go away
When this garbage company sends out their junkmail the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link is a link to download their garbage app instead of just unsubscribing you. What a sleazy move. So now, in order to get this garbage company to stop sending me junkmail I need to download their garbage app, figure out the password I signed up with months ago and log into the app to change settings, etc. Every time this garbage company sends me another piece of junkmail that they make it such a hassle to unsubscribe from I’m going to find someplace online to give them another bad rating.
