I have a problem with GymStreak

- Lifts provided repeat every workout

- Prescribed weight increases is incompatible with standard weight sets

- Lifting less weight and more sore due to fatigue from doing the same lifts 3 times with just higher weights and more reps

To resolve GymStreak network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the GymStreak App
1. On android, goto Settings » GymStreak » click [Force Stop]

Clear GymStreak App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GymStreak » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GymStreak.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GymStreak » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GymStreak » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GymStreak
