I have been charged $154 without my authority, al i did was downloaded the app. Bloody hell, thats one way to rip you off.

1 year agoHello. You promise your customers a 3 free day trial. So I would like to know why you stole 100 euros from me right away you filthy liars. I need that money back immediately. I am a student and you just took a month worth of food away from me. This is not a free trial. I will find a way to sue you if you do not refund 106 EUROS on my bank as soon as possible. I swear you better refund this and stop this madness. You are stealing money from people. Shame on you you filthy lying motherfuckers

1 year agoI can’t reset my password the app will no give the option to do so. There is no customer service contact anywhere and I have tried to make contact on social media but no response! What a waste of money!

1 year agoI need to change my password but the app won’t allow me to do so. When I select ‘forgot password’ I go to my email to click the change password link, then I’m taken to the login page without being allowed to update my password.

2 years agoI want the subscription that was automatically signed up for me that I did not request canceled and I will like to be reimbursed as soon as possible for the payment that was drafted from my account. This app said that I was signing up for a 3 day trial, not that it was going to draft $71.99 out of my account. Please cancel immediately.!

Fake free trial
I wanted to try this app out to see if it was worth spending money on. After downloading and putting in my information, the app offers free trials for both their monthly and yearly subscriptions for 1 week. So I chose at random the yearly one, thinking it doesn’t matter since I have a week to decide on the app and I can change to another type of subscription. Well I was wrong! After agreeing to the “free” trial period these “thieves” charged my account immediately the 1 year subscription! I tried to contact them and received an automated response. Now I’m trying to get a refund and it has been a hassle. The billing for this app is a scam to take your money! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL! Even if the app was good I’m annoyed by this shady tactic to take your money!

Not a very sophisticated algorithm
The lifts provided repeat every workout. The only apparent change between workouts Is that the weight lifted in each set slightly increase and the number of sets/repetitions increase as well. Also, the amount of prescribed weight increases is incompatible with standard weight sets (think of going from 120 to 125 on dumbbell bench, 62.5 dumbbells are not commonly available). After two weeks of using this program, I am lifting lifting less weight and more sore due to fatigue from doing the same lifts 3 times with just higher weights and more reps. These kind of issues should’ve never made it out of beta testing and seem to represent an over reliance on unsophisticated algorithms.

I love this app. I’m a new Personal trainer so this has really helped me, however I’d like to see a function that would allow me to add all my clients different work outs. This app also will count your rest, which I love! My client knows once you hear that bing they should be doing rep 1. UPDATE: I was told they had this feature in their beta program and told me to go follow and like them on FB and the link would be on FB however all these months later. I’m still not seeing this beta link and I’ve even posted in the fb page asking for the link and still have not gotten an answer...
