RECURRING PYMNT 27JAN2023PADDLE.NET 3COMMAS.I LND294.00X1.369829931 Why is my commas account not active ?. Your log files will show that it It hasn't been for the longest time. Does this have something to do with your melt down. ? You will see that my account has never been active. Very discouraging Please reactivate and reset my account. Please help. Thanks ?????

How to fix 3Commas app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 3Commas app on iPhone
Update 3Commas app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 3Commas iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 3Commas on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 3Commas network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

3Commas Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 3Commas not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 3Commas App
1. On android, goto Settings » 3Commas » click [Force Stop]

Update 3Commas to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3Commas App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 3Commas » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 3Commas.

Fix 3Commas unable to contact server/ 3Commas internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 3Commas » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 3Commas » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 3Commas
