Hello, I use the app Story Z user name Ratee Apana. By mistake I resubscribed to the app while searching for my saved video. Now it is making me sign in with a diff email of mine which I do not want to do. Meanwhile I am unable to access the app unless I sign in to one of my other emails. please can you resolve this and also let me know how I can access my saved files. Regards

I have three main gripes.
1) The app downgrades the resolution of your image when you import it. Even though you pay to have the option to output 4K it doesn’t matter if the image you’re working with is blurry!
2) The app limits the number of motion arrows and pins you can use. And I always hit that limit. So annoying to have to start strategically erasing pins to be able to use more.
3) Too much social media garbage that gets in the way of what the app’s main function is supposed to be. It shouldn’t be hard to find the primary function of your app!!

I have tried to contact your team about this issue and did not get the necessary support to fix the situation. Every month I’m being charged $3 something but It was supposed to be a ONE TIME payment of $40. It’s unfair that you have a great system to charge me, but not good support to fix this wrong charge. I like the app and that’s why I paid for the premium version, but out of courtesy you should reimburse me the extra money you have charged me.

I signed up for a one year subscription and got locked out of my account due to a technical error. I have written them numerous times and they’ve yet to reply. They’ll gladly take your money but could care less when you experience technical issues. There’s no contact number to access a representative. Also, the app crashes on a frequent basis. I’m only rating one star in order to write this review. Beware. Opt for Pixaloop. It has a much cleaner presentation and is a snap to use.
