First, the shenanigans started with game developers who came up with the idea of selling items required to progress to subsequent levels. In the end, customers were bilked a hundred bucks for a game that should have cost $4.99. Developers failed to consider the impact of lost customers due to this money grab. Now, we have mandatory app rental fees. Take a silly app worth no more than $1.99 and force the customer to pay upwards of $50 a year. As though, the app and this platform would be used for anything more than child’s play. Once again, some genius came up with the brilliant idea to force customers into a mandatory monthly payment plan so they could gain control over our credit cards. Once again, these genius’ fail to account for lost customers and opportunities. What is the next money grab strategy? I deleted your app. You see how this works? You got nothing in the end. Sell the app for $2.99. If you want to make more money, develop more apps that are reasonably priced. The consumer is not stupid and they will see value. Plus, the developer won’t have to worry about uploading positive reviews.

I have no idea of how to use this and when I sent in a help request, as instructed by this app, I haven’t received any reply. So after a couple days I did it again. Still no reply.!. (I wanted to erase the one star that is filled in but this app, this screen, would not allow me to.) I really had high hopes for this app but...? Frustrating and confusing!

This was a really great app right up until it wouldn’t let me save with sound , now it’s so disappointing , if it doesn’t get fixed soon I’m getting rid of, asking for a refund and finding a new app. It’s been almost a year since they said would look into it - nothing has changed - still no sound
