Can’t shop from specific store

Placed a big order from what I thought was my neighborhood store. Got a call saying practically every item I ordered wasn’t in stock. When I asked why, I was told that the app allows you to purchase items from ALL Foodtown locations, even though the store actually fulfilling the order might not have them. Totally useless

I had a very bad experience with this app. We are stuck at home because of coronavirus. I ordered and they delivered wrong items and when I called them , they took 18 minutes to find out my order number and they didn’t success.

I have a fast wi-fi connection, and this app is just too slow. They are trying to use digital coupons the way Shop-Rite does, but it took so long to load the coupons that I abandoned it. Shop-Rite app was very fast.
