Getting “You are offline” error

When creating a new task on iOS, the keyboard pushes the task description off the screen so you can't see what your typing.

There is no obvious way to delete an item.

This has been a favorite app of mine for a couple of years. All of a sudden, it is crashing and giving me a blank screen I open the program.

I have updated the Pomodone app and my iOS system 12.4.1), and I’m using a iPhone 8+.

If you use Trello and want to start with the pomodoro technique, you need to look no Further than PomoDone. Let’s you run timers on tasks in one or more of your trello boards. It even has cross platform support on windows, Mac, Linux and android.

EXCEPT if you own an iPad. The iPad app will start fine and ask for your login credentials. But as soon as you login, instead of displaying your task, it shows nothing. Zip. Nada. It just presents a white screen. I’d be happy to give the service 5 stars if RoundPie worked well.

Love the desktop app. Wish RoundPie was just as solid. Once I log into RoundPie all I get is a white screen. Quite disappointing as there’s lots of potential for a great app.

The timer pauses when the phone has been idle for 10+ minutes, so I have to keep checking the clock, which defeats the purpose of the timer.

Could you increase the priority of RoundPie to let it run in the background?

Integrating with Trello and Zapier is awesome. This Pomodoro app is definitely the most developer friendly one I’ve seen.

However the timer seems to stop in the background in iOS 13.7. My battery is 100% health and this happens intermittently regardless of what else I’m doing on my phone. This is a critical flaw because the whole reason to use a Pomodoro is to track time. When the timer stops while put in the background RoundPie cannot fulfill its purpose.

This needs an Apple Watch app with watch face complications to be complete. I put my phone away to minimize distractions when I work. Having the timer on my watch along with tasks would be game changing.

I fell in love with RoundPie after looking for Pomodoro apps that would link to my task management app Trello. Amid the sea of pomodoro apps, PomoDone is a rare gem. The UI isn’t perfect, but it does the job which I’m grateful for, and it’s easy to use. My only complaint is that when I logon to Trello on desktop I am not able to see the # of Poms I did on the PomoDone app...it seems like it only syncs one way. Wish that would be improvised.

I really love your app. It’s really great being able to effortlessly link my pomodoro sessions with my tasks and also get a measurable sense of how much time I spend doing deep work everyday. I also really enjoy the fact that I can use todoist and PomoDone on all my devices; OS, iOS, and Windows. That’s very important for my workflow. Keep up the good work!

This is currently the only solution I’ve found that syncs live timers across platforms, including web and Windows. Also allows fine-grained control of notifications. Plus there are integrations. Miles ahead of the competition.

I have tried literally every pomodoro app out there. RoundPie is spectacular in two ways:

1. It is available on every single platform, including PC and iOS.

2. THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON: RoundPie is unique because it SYNCS REAL-TIME between devices!! So if I start a timer on my iPhone, I can see how much time I have left in the session on my iPad which I use to study and do work. This is a feature no other app has, and it is phenomenal imo.

I used RoundPie for a week or so before It stopped communicating with Wunderlist, then I entirely stopped being able to log in. Customer service couldn’t figure it out, gave me unclear, minuscule direction on possible fixes, then gave me attitude when I asked for a refund. Got the refund though, so they get 2 stars.
