Summary of InfoOne Problems 🔥

- Cannot delete older alerts

- Cannot change temperature to metric system

- Map needs to be more interactive, with zoom or linkable to Google Maps

- Alerts only note state road numbers, not helpful for those unfamiliar with the area

- Addition of weather and news services means more unwanted notifications

- Cannot opt out of services not needed

- App crashes when clicking on local news articles, needs fixing

Not getting accidents notifications for Cabell or Wayne counties in WV. I do get them when it’s in Lawrence County, Ohio. I use to get them all the time. Several of my friends have app and they are having same issue.

I get alerts sound but no reports of alerts.i can't see nothing to read. Acts like it try to load but fails.

How to fix InfoOne app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InfoOne app on iPhone
Update InfoOne app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InfoOne iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InfoOne on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InfoOne network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InfoOne Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InfoOne not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InfoOne App
1. On android, goto Settings » InfoOne » click [Force Stop]

Update InfoOne to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InfoOne App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InfoOne » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InfoOne.

Fix InfoOne unable to contact server/ InfoOne internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InfoOne » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InfoOne » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InfoOne
