Terrible service

My car’s transmission was broken and I needed a tow, requested the service through Mitsubishi road side and they assigned a local tow company, the eta 90 mins. I was on the car at the busy intersection for 120 mins, tried to contact both of them ( Mitsubishi and the local company) they said I needed to wait ( the local company which I believe is alternative towing inc in Boston never answer the phone) I called them after 120 mins and they said they can not call the towing company?! So they assigned me another local company and the eta was 90’ again. Such a terrible service, look like they don’t know how to run a business. By the way, the Mitsubishi Outlander is a terrible car also. 7 times recall, bad suspension, expensive parts.

Can’t edit

I can’t edit when I wasn’t driving and I’m in a work vehicle so it’s not my car so if I can’t edit this it’s basically a pointless app. If you could edit it would be better. And of course I’m the driver of MY vehicle I’m the only one covered on my insurance duhhh 🤦🏽‍♂️and it’s Manuel no one I know can drive it besides me...

I don’t usually write reviews like this but when MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist quite literally sends me emails but when I try to login it says my credentials don’t exist MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is screwed up. There is no way to get a hold of anybody there ain’t no one 800 number the only time that I can find anything like this is once you go through all of your login and then it tells you it’s all wrong even though it’s all right I would hope that the developer of MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist will at least respond to this and give some help because this is ridiculous can’t login because it says you don’t have my email address but you send me emails how is that possible?

Leaves you for dead

I learned to not contact Mitsubishi roadside help. I called for a flat tire on a busy highway. An automated voice took my information. No one ever showed and I did not get any updates. I waited 50 min and called my own wrecker for assistance. I waited afterwards to see if they gave any updates. 3 days later crickets from Mitsubishi. I would still be out on the road if I waited for them. Just imagine if I had been in a strange area in which I did not know anyone to call. I could have been killed out there. We pay way too much money for these crappy cars to be promised perks like this and don’t get results!

This app saved my time.

I accidentally run out of gas and used MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist to het a roadside assistance for gas.
MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is easy to use and confirms my location on the map with GPS.
Soon after submitting the request, I got a call from their representative and confirmed the details. The service status is shared and the service truck arrived as they informed.
This experience is much better than my previous one with other roadside assistance company.

Decent Perks for Safe Driving

MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is great for keeping track of where I’ve driven and showing me how I can make improvements in my driving. I like the local leaderboard so it feels more like a competition to be a better driver and I really like that I get $10 off an oil change every so often for safe driving.

MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is functionally sound and I have no complaints about the way it performs.

Worst Service Ever it’s a Nightmare to trying to get some help or support

I had a battery problem and become a nightmare a simple battery problem worst customer service I was really disappointed just to be able to talk to someone was a whole nightmare Mitsubishi should be really embarrassed with this horrible service they offer I can imagine having a road trip problem in the middle of no where scary I called for assistance and they took almost 6 hours to send someone to help me

Terrible service

My transmission went out and I needed roadside assistance that is covered under the warranty. The roadside assistance service through this is absolutely horrendous. They called twice to get my information and location. I had to call Mitsubishi directly to get the service dispatched because both dispatchers that called failed to do their only job. It took an hour for them to dispatch service. And the service they dispatched was 45 minutes away. And the dispatchers that called were both incredibly dim witted and slow.

Already don’t like it

I just loaded it and set it to only use my location while using. Apparently it assumes I’m using it even when I’m not so it is always tracking my location. I do not like that one bit. I’ve had to go into my settings and set it to “Never” which now defeats any usefulness MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist may otherwise have provided. I can’t really see much use for it anyway. I don’t know what the “leaderboard” is and why I’m required to be on it with an alias. This is just stupid.

This app helps me drive better

I really like RoadAssist +. MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist has been a life saver when I had a flat tire, and made getting a tow truck really easy. I also really like the driving feedback and the fact that I can use MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist to save on insurance.

Terrible service and terrible app

I have had issues logging into my account for over 6 months. MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist one day logged me out and I have not been able to log in since. I am able to log into the website on computer but app does not work I have called many numbers and no one knows how to help terrible service. If you see this I need assistance ASAP.

Forgot Password is broken

I forgot my password, but sadly the password reset email never comes in (using Google Mail). Not sure if this is wide spread, but basically can’t reset it and can’t get ahold of anyone who can.

Should look into fixing this since your basically blocking anyone from resetting their password through MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist.

I’m so sad.

I’ve used MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist before with no problems. However, my password has been forgotten and can’t be reset. The link to enter my email address does work, but I never received an email to reset it. Too bad bc MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is great when it works.

Can’t Log In

I have been trying to log into my roadside assistance account on MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist , but it won’t let me.
I have done forgotten password and it says it will send me a link, but it never does.
Checked all my email folders (spam, junk, etc) and nothing.
They don’t even have a customer service number to call if you are having technical difficulties.
I called the regular customer service number and the agent doesn’t even have good customer service skills. They all talk dull and don’t seem be enthused to even be talking to you or to solve your problem.
I hate Mitsubishi.

Terrible

MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist is just terrible. I can't login on it and when I try to reset my password, I never receive anything. When I first got my car it worked but it stopped working a couple of years ago and I'm over it.

Stop sending me notifications!!!!

MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist sends me notifications 5-6 times a day to activate and/or log in. It won’t let me do it. Since I can’t log in and the forgot password doesn’t work I can’t change the setting to stop notification. What a pain!

There is no APP suport

I tried to register my car, but my email address was already in the system and it did not allow me
So i tried to login, but it did not recognized the password. I click on Reset password, but i never received the code in any of my email folders
I called mitsubishi motor, but they can not help with the issue on the application

Been trying to log in for over “230 days” (from what MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist reminds me everyday). Tried resetting my password but it doesn’t return a code. & can’t register over again because it states that I’m already registered. No one to call at that. What’s the point of MitsubishiMotorsRoadAssist but to take my information?

I placed a tow order with Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance on January 15th, 2024 at 8:15 am on my phone after calling the phone number provided. They sent me a link on my phone to view the progress with my tow order. My car had died after owning it for only 7 months and I couldn't drive it. The response on my phone at 8:40 am said, "We are sorry for the delay. We've escalated your service and will send an ETA with the provider's name as soon as we have secured help for you." At 11:36 am I sent a text asking when they could give me an ETA of a tow. They never responded. Nor did they respond the next morning. After calling the service tech at Mitsubishi where my car should be towed to, he gave me a number for a towing company, which I called. They came out and got my car after a couple of hours and towed it to Mitsubishi. At 11:50 am, as a courtesy I canceled the tow with Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance since it had been 27 hours and no response from them. Of course, after the car was repaired I had to pay the towing fee of $150 even though my car was under warranty. Then of course the car's warranty didn't cover the problem of a practically brand new car. So I ended up paying $733 for everything. Nobody from Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance ever called me. Now I have to mail in the towing bill to them to get reimbursement. Why couldn't the Mitsubishi dealer where my car was towed to take care of the tow and get reimbursement? Why did I have to go through all this hassle after buying a brand new car with multiple warranties? Auto insurance doesn't supply a tow unless you have had a collision.

Mitsubishi needs to read these reviews. Pop a Lock is their main provider and they should not use them. The first time I needed assistance I thought it may have been a fluke. But here I sit again for 2 hours and they now say it will be another 45 min!! If this is the same man they used before he told me he came from over an hour ND a half away , his home! If someone lives that far from where they are supposed to be on call, they should not be given the business. Well let's see if they really show up in the next 45 min. Since I had to pre pay for the service!

Worst road side assistance I have ever experienced. On my 1st call they wanted to send me 40 miles away in order to overcharge me for a towing service that should have been included. When that didn't work, they told me I wasn't covered and charged me $154 to be towed. After speaking to my dealer salesman and finding out it should have been free, I called back and they gave me the run around to reimburse me and when they finally did cancel and reimburse me they still charged me $7.50.

Totally useless. On a trip to the blue ridge parkway , my brand new mirage brake warning light came on I stopped on the side of the road, pulled manuel it said to call roadside and have it towed to nearest dealership,.After sitting on side of road for 8 hours and no tow and all day on phone was told to walk 21 miles to rental car place thur the mtns , my dealer I bought car from finally told me to drive it to rental car place , they told me I qualified for trip interruption, but did nothing to help me , I got rental car I paid for all plans where changed and they did not tow car til 4 days later. I am a 63 yr old disabled women and have never been treated so terribly in my life .And now they have refused to pay for any of my expenses. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH MITSUBISHI THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CONSUMERS. My Laywer will be in contact , worst company ever !!!

Worse treatment ever , new 2022 mirage , on vacation in cherokee, NC called roadside as Manuel said to do, I'm 63 years old handicapped women was on phone in car parked from 9 am to 445pm twice was sending tow truck , was on the way what a joke , then hours later was told they would be 3 more hours. Was told to walk 21 miles to rental car , as they didn't provide that service,was hung up on ,lied to ,etc at 445 decision to drive to rental car was made ,,22 hours later was told tow truck was coming ,no help with rental car lodging or food ,, Finally towed car at 540 am 4 days later, has not contacted me about trip reimbursement or anything, Terrible treatment of a customer, I don't want their car anymore, I would not want to drive a car from such a crappy company EVER. !!!!

I love my car, but the roadside assistance is horrible. I'm not sure if it's Mitsubishi or the service company, "Jack Rabbit," but it needs to be fixed. Immediately! The lack of efficiency adds more stress to an already unfavorable situation.
