How to fix MAXstream app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MAXstream app on iPhone
Update MAXstream app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MAXstream iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MAXstream on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MAXstream network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MAXstream Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MAXstream not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MAXstream App
1. On android, goto Settings » MAXstream » click [Force Stop]

Update MAXstream to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MAXstream App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MAXstream » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MAXstream.

Fix MAXstream unable to contact server/ MAXstream internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MAXstream » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MAXstream » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
