App doesn’t load properly!!

Just downloaded OneMockup for the first time and no mockups or templates are loading. Only thing loading is the background color which is useless ..please fix

Now the latest update crops my output images. They are unusable.

Saving image is not working at least on my 15 Pro Max, image saved goes stick on the side.
New update still useless, nothing fix

OneMockup does not work for me. No images are displayed it’s just a white screen no matter how many times I press upload image.

The software is good, but the material is awful. I used all the material inside, except for the iPhone X, and all the other effects couldn't be seen. Because the resolution is extremely low! ! !
I personally do not recommend using any phone other than the iPhone X until the author has optimized the footage.

This was an awesome app but it hasn’t been working the last month or so. I’ve offloaded it deleted it reinstalled it. Restarted my phone done all of that and it still doesn’t work. What’s going on developer?

when loading into OneMockup and tapping on the mock up the template will not load i know this is a bug and can you guys please fix this i’ve used OneMockup b4 and love it

UPDATE: Developer replied. Premium/Advanced functions are now enabled. Will update again after using all OneMockup functionality.

IAP Takes Money, Gives Nothing
Another reviewer called this out, but the developer has not responded to them or updated OneMockup to fix the problem. Restore Purchases does not work. I’ll give it a couple more days before I ask Apple for my money back.

Last update broke OneMockup . It won’t open. Tried reinstalling OneMockup . Other than that it’s a great app. If there was another way to give feedback I would but can’t open OneMockup and the support link in OneMockup Store goes no where to submit.

Would love to export transparent PNGs for a complete 5 star app.

Can yall please add vides because i wanna use the standing mackbook movk up and use a video for it but its only for photos

Work in digital product design and OneMockup saves so much time. Quickly make engaging experiences that come to life better when inside a device frame.

One reqquest - please consider adding a landscape oritentation option for iPad.

After three updates still do not have access to the PRO options.
iOS version is 14.7.1
As have mentioned before already PAID $1.99
It does go through the Restore Process however still shows NORMAL.
Please fix the problem.

I love OneMockup , so simple and so clean! A suggestion would be to make it so we can add video from a screen recording as well as pictures. Now that would be awesome!!

I absolutely love how simple this is to use. I’m a web designer and use a lot of mock-up tools for iPhone design and this is a simple way for me to design mockups on the go. I recommend this for anyone in a similar situation 👌🏼

OneMockup is totally awesome!! This will look good on my website
