Song Maker : Music Mixer Beats Reviews

Please add the following:

1. ability to group slots and lock/unlock them as a set for copying and pasting as well as modifying samples into mixed beats without having to recopy and paste multiple samples over and over

2. Ability to mass delete!!!! Please. So annoying having to delete every single sample one at a time.

3. Automatic pegging. Copy/Paste and dropping is glitchy. Sometimes only half wants to peg. Samples DONT auto peg. Too hard to deal w on a small phone w phat fingas. Should be able to drop near edges and have the software peg.

4. More bass!!! Samples are good. Need more bass lines. Everything else can easily be recorded and imported but that. Bass library is weak. Need more simple bass samples in repeating loops. You have plenty of drum and bass, percussion, and sampl fx loops but no hard bass tones for underlying weight.

5. ability to cut and save groups on the fly. Super annoying to not be able to capture samples that occur while building on the fly.

I’m really into music. When I was younger I made music in a computer software called Propellarhead Reason 3.0, then I lost the computer and got an iphone6. I wanted to make more music and I found this. I love making guitar music with this. Whenever I try to record one of my CD’s to edit with this, it crashes and I re-open it. Sometimes it’s saved, not always. But if I ever record over 3:50, it won’t let me use it. It gets to the drag me part, then when I let go of it, it disappears. I also have a problem with the amount of usable guitars. I want to make a bunch of different pieces, but there’s not many metal guitar loops to use. If there were more, I could make even more music.

SongMaker itself is very cool, but I just have one little issue with the loops. It is hard to move the loops you want from a track to another without having to click them and then pressing group. Also I want an option to add more tracks if you want, because there are only seven track for the loops. One last issue is that the copy loop option is not that good because the movement is to fine when moving a copied loop to a track, and then it causes me to be mildly infuriated at it.

It’s so good but it’s so hard at the same time, I’m trying to make sad songs that are almost like Billie because it’s based on my mood. But I’m not to sure how to do that. Maybe you should add like a tutorial on how to make harmonies and perfect piano got amount of song time. For me, the vocals are kind of off and the bass is not the correct beat when I add it into place. But overall I’m pleased with this. So far the piano is great, just some placing the music bug, it will move around on top of other songs then gets rid of it. It’s hard to explain. 👍 good job

When I first got this game, I was thinking of a free, fun, and great app. And in the first hour, it was all of the above. But then, when I heard what I made again, There was a loop beat that I put, and you could not hear it at all. I tried making the volume higher, but no. If you want a app that can only work for 1 hour, then have fun with it. If you want a game that you can play daily, then I strongly do not recommend SongMaker. It is very bad, but I hope you do not take this to strongly, because there might have been a problem with my device or something. I hope you try to fix this problem, but it’s fine if not. Hope this was useful!

At first I thought this was a cool app but then when I kept playing it there weren’t many song options I had to pick a law and figure out the song sounded crappy but I didn’t give up I kept looking for other apps but there were none available so I had to choose this one there were a lot of crappy sounds but I could only choose a couple so I picked a beat that sounded interesting at first but then it got worse and worse so I deleted my sound get this at your own risk if you like these crappy sounds

I would give it 0 stars if I could SongMaker was so much fun at first me and my sister worked so hard on a song and it took us a very long Time and when we finally finished it we decided we would work on another song we started and we decided the song is going to be too hard and you can find the beat so we went on it so we went back into our other one and we were going to show parents but the song was gone the song that we worked very hard on and that took us a very long time SongMaker is horrible I would not recommend if you would like your hopes and dreams to get crushed sure go ahead

There should be an option to repeat a sound more than 7 cause if you are repeating something that goes along the whole track like a snare, its really hard to place the next one after the 7th with out messing up the timing. And it would also be helpful if you can choose what millisecond you want your sound on instead of blindly dragging it somewhere with your finger. Something like or grid or whatever.

It’s not bad but I got the voice recording it don’t work also! I can’t really find eny good beats that Mach I have downloaded many music apps I think this might be probably the best the other ones SUCKED so like I cant hate it that much like it’s not bad it pretty oki!so I recommend but there’s some bugs and not like cockroaches bugs like bug glitches problems if u didn’t know cuz no ever one knows what glitch bugs BUT LEMMeO go back to the topic soooo if u download don’t expect too much

SongMaker is really cool, really fun. There is one thing that I think you need to work on. That thing is when you do your own voice when I did it it sped my singing up a lot and it made this weird clicking noise I tried to just cover it up with some guitar and maybe it could be cool it kind of works. Over all SongMaker is great!

I was making my first song, I saved that song and was going to make another one. When I saved it I looked through my saves and it didn’t pop up, and sounds will sometimes repeat forever and you can’t get rid of them at all. You have to delete all of your work!!! Don’t recommend if you don’t like having a bunch of saves for the same song.
Other than that it’s a great game.

I really like SongMaker over most! I use FL studio often and find SongMaker to be extremely helpful over Fl studio. My only issue is I tried to subscribe monthly a low cost of 1.99 for the entire apps features and it would not let me. It would say loading and then just force quit on me. I would love for this issue to be fixed so I can enjoy making some inspirational rhythms.

In only use the free stuff, I have made over 8 songs(and more on the way). They are very easy to make and put together. A few bugs, but I’m sure it will get smoothed over time. Thank you for SongMaker, it was exactly what I was looking for in making music, and from an iPhone of all things!

It’s a great app and everything, I just wish that I could’ve found it on the AppStore for my Mac so that it was easier to utilize because it’s hard using your fingers to get things precisely. Maybe it’s not yet compatible or maybe I didn’t search good enough, but other than that it’s pretty good for beginners that need premade instrumentalsthat you can add your own spin to.

Can't believe this music maker is free! So easy get started making your own music! There seem to be some paying features but the free version is so feature rich that I was able to make a fun track in minutes. I'm only a beginner so I probably might need more advanced features one day, but for now this is more than I could wish for.

Well I have been trying to make a song with a beat I have made up but they didn’t make anything close so I found another best on there and nothing worked and I don’t know if you can but if you can make a way so we can make are own beat and stuff like that so ya that is it and it’s really weird to work with cause like you have to keep add the beat like I have that same thing and I keep have to but more but don’t focus on that focus on the first thing please thanks

SongMaker is great but my only real bug issue (aside from it being a bit buggy) is that I want too be able too share my work with others and if that feature exists I haven’t found it that would be helpful thanks

I love SongMaker. It is very good but it is hard to find the beat you are looking for. Also it doesn’t have every instrument you would hope but it is very hard to make that. Anyway download this game if you are a creative person with an open mind.

SongMaker is dope, super easy to use as long as you have a basic understanding of beat making. Sure, it's not a full studio, but keep in mind that this is a MOBILE APP. Five out of five
Don't listen to all the whiny people complaining about not enough features. For what you downloaded, it's a good app.

I got SongMaker I while back and thought it was pretty good. I stoped using it after a while so I just deleted it. A few days ago I got it again to record myself and found that whenever I tried to move my track around it kept duplicating the track then glitching out. It’s a great app but PLEASE just fix this bug.

I love SongMaker don't get me wrong but some things are missing: 1. I think we should have the ability to create our own loops. 2. Please no more premium!!! 😫. And that's it but please consider this stuff I don't want to give up any more of my job money I don't have a lot of it. Thank you

I prefer not be one who likes subscriptions. I was wondering if there was a one time payment option. I want to use the program, but not if I have to constantly subscribe to SongMaker . I am not a fan of that type of thing.

I’ve been on Here for at least 2 hours making beats for my songs!! And I found them! SongMaker has so many categories like hip bone Piano guitar!! Omg I love SongMaker! It helped me with my singing career. I was like ” I need to find a beat app ” well I found it!

This seems like a great app but I can’t get the sounds to turn on someone plz help

I still can hear!!! Pls fix this is terrible I have been using this for a while, and all of a sudden I can’t hear any of it. If I could hear I would say this is a great app because it is but to make a song I need to hear it. I updated it and everything but still no sound. I honestly really loved SongMaker but now I want to delete it. It is just taking up space. ☹️

I read the review for SongMaker and it seemed like something I should download. I was very wrong. SongMaker has decent sounds but trying to put them together is IMPOSSIBLE!!! They make it so hard to try to make the beats sync with each other. SongMaker is a waste of space do not download. Note: I was not paid to do this and it is my own personal review and I am also not a view.

I’m just got into creating music . I record my sessions ,but as I arrange the sounds and play them. There’s always an echo or the tempo is off slightly. Really annoying when you listen to one sound alone and nothing’s wrong with it. Please fix most if not all bugs and I shall reconsider giving this a better rating.

SongMaker is really cool. However, I have to keep reinstalling SongMaker . In order to save my projects.

Game is awesome you get to make your own songs you can send your song to save songs

Everything plays but it makes no sound. Great software but the audio doesn’t work. The line moves but nothing plays. If that could work this would be five stars.
