hello, this came as a mistake to try the app because i did not intend to pay for a yearly subscription. i have not been able to try it out & was going to call to prevent from being subscribed after the 1week trial is up & to cancel but it already started my subscription before i could cancel/stop from being subscribed. my subscription began too quick especially on a holiday(christmas day). please refund my $69.99 since i have no interest in keeping this app band do not want to subscribe. thanks, in advance, for honoring my request. p.s. please let me know you received my email. thank you & good night. adrienne greegor

I really liked and enjoyed the app until on the 4th day I went to start my 4th day in the whole body work out and was then notified .... for the first time that I couldn’t continue without paying for the pro version.... nothing anywhere said this before I started it.... I am very disappointed now... because I’m sorry 3 days isn’t enough for me to see any results on whether this will actually be of any help.... ;(

This app progresses WAYYY too fast for a complete beginner. There also needs to be an option to turn on real-time, verbal instructions for each exercise so you don’t have to read each exercise before a workout to learn new exercises and to make sure you are learning, following, and continuing to implement proper form for each exercise as you progress.
Overall, I like the app. But there are no mobility or flexibility routines built in. And no warm-ups. This creates problems down the road, and it would be nice not to have to use a different app or set of videos for this before and after the workouts on this app.
There are also no assessments or graphs of your progress. Other paid apps have these useful tools.
Some of the GIFs are wrong. The “glute bridge” shows the shoulders and arms in red as if they are being engaged. But the exercise is supposed to focus on the glutes. This is very misleading.

First of all, I am enjoying the app really and would give it more stares, and will update if the developer fixes this issue. When an add plays the x to get out of it when finished is under the battery/WiFi/signal indicator on the top right of my iPhone 12. I can’t press the x in that area, because of the other stuff. Need to resize the add screen below the notch.
