First things first, you have to understand that this is a speculative way to invest your money. Buuuut it still should pay out something... here’s the thing, you sign up for the app, link your bank, buy some “rights” and then wait, and wait, and wait and, yup, you guessed it, wait some more. I have rights from music in Q4 of 2018 that still haven’t paid me ANYTHING. Not that the songs aren’t any good, because they get hundreds of thousands of streams, but the real issue is that the app creators promise a turnaround between 3-4 Quarters. Hey, that’s fine, that’s what I knew going into this. It’s been over a year and then some, and guess what happens when you email support? You have to wait, and wait and then you get an automated message that responds to you with payout rules. Which again, mentions 3-4 Qt payout, guess what happens when you message them back or ask detailed questions... you guessed it, nothing! Would highly recommend to stay away from this app. Stick to traditional investing apps like robinhood, acorns and stash. Stay away from this garbage because it stinks.

I’ve had vezt for about a year now, when you purchase rights they give you an email saying they will be collecting and distributing payments to users on a quarterly basis. This means you can expect to receive a royalty statement (if payable) on or around February 14th, May 15th, August 14th and November 14th of each year during the term of your agreement”. Yet for a whole year I have not received 1 notification from them since, not an email, not a call NOTHING. My profile hasn’t even updated since then haha, it actually shows 2018 stats that should not be there. If these aren’t signs of a terrible company/app then I don’t know what is. The AppStore should not allow apps like these that show nothing for their customers to be allowed to take money. Their customer support is non existent and will Only send you an email telling your an agent will get with you but that is just BS. I will be taking further action..guarantee it. If you want to invest in something meanwhile, do something other than this app!!!!

I invested $40 almost 2 years ago. They say it takes about a year to start receiving royalties. after a year passed i reached out to them and they said they’d get back to me with details on my money. they never got back to me so i reached out again. they responded with a similar response. i have reached out a couple more times since then as it’s not been almost 2 yrs since “investing” with them. they don’t even bother to respond to my support emails anymore. i don’t really write reviews ever but this is just unacceptable and unethical. thankfully $40 isn’t a lot of money. hopefully i will help prevent someone from throwing away a significant amount of money with them. i’m hoping this is just some sort of mistake on their part that they will fix.. but i’m assuming not as multiple emails have been completely ignored. if a customer support person reads this, please make it right and help out. thanks!
