This subscription was cancelled years!!!!!!! Ago so why are you still charging me for it? If I don’t receive a refund promptly I will go to better bureau about your illegal charging or seek legal counsel! Pay me back or I will be forced to change my credit card which will ensure legal action!!

I can't use more than one device with this app. So I deleted the one device (my android cell phone). Now I can't even reload my android phone. Help !! Frank Mettlach 346-221-2848
Essentially unreachable by phone. I exceeded my trial period and was immediately charged for a year in advanced. When I asked to cancel, they promised to only charge for one month. Understandable and reasonable but they failed to comply and I was charged the next billing period for the balance. I now have to stop payment with the credit card vendor. Irritating.
I can not find a way to cancel my subscription! This is my third request
Hi, I already send you a week ago that I want to get refund, and you said I have to cancel the subscription, but I checked my apple subscription and there was no Tomplay subscription. Hope you can help to solve out this problem. Thank you
I want to cancel TomPlay before the trial ends and I get automatically charged for it. How do I do that?

I purchased this program under the App Store and did not like it. The program is not user friendly when compared to others that I have. I canceled, then read that they were making improvements so I went to the website and signed up for a year to see what improvements and hoping they would improve. I signed in several times only to find the program very awkward with no ability to change layouts and other adjustments. I decided stop using. Skip forward a year. I get a notice that I had been charged for another year. I contacted their customer service to request a refund, since I never used the program. The response was that I had to cancel 24 hours before renewal and that “you agreed to our terms when you signed up on our website”. I’m sure this is quoted to everyone as they pocket all of the money from renewed subscriptions that people never notice. They did not send a notification of renewal and I believe this is done purposely to keep the funds coming in. This way of doing business is deceptive and I believe is pushing the limits of being legal.

I downloaded this app to try to get an accompaniment for the piece I am playing, the Vitali Chaccone. I do appreciate the features given in the sheet music but trying to play with the piano is extremely difficult. The piano and violin sometimes play wrong notes and never follow the dynamics written for the piece. Random speed changes also happen during the piece, for example, the last page completely changes to a very fast speed with the tempo still be set the same. The sound quality also sounds like someone recorded the music in a closet and then auto tuned it a bunch. Don’t recommend this app for people who actually want to fully learn music. However, I believe that the easier songs may work better than the harder. If the ‘musician’ can’t play the piece well enough for a good recording, they shouldn’t advertise more advanced pieces for people to play.

As a beginner on the saxophone who does not yet know how to read music, I have to annotate sheet music with the names of each note. I’ve been doing that efficiently by writing on printed copies. But this app limits how many copies you can print. Nevertheless, the app is helpful for learning because it has background music and you can slow it down. If only there was an option to have the names of the notes automatically annotated above or below the staff. I can go through and do it manually— it has annotation tools—but it is time consuming. If only for this feature I’m confident I could grow to love it even more and give it five stars. Also, the iPad version has trouble saving my annotations—it gets stuck on saving and I have to force quit. Luckily it saves my work but each time I do this it creates another score (I have one named “Notes_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1.” So this seems to be a bug that needs fixing. (I’m using a one year old iPad Pro and I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing).
