Solana right now is the fifth largest crypto and this wallet is broken in regards to working with it. I bought this wallet a week ago after three days all my Solana and Solana related assets you cannot swap and you cannot get off this wallet. And this company will lie to you. They will say oh it’s because Solana network congestion. It’s a total lie I can perform transactions and swap Solana and Solana based assets on every other exchange and multiple hardware wallets. Many crypto investors that have their assets on this wallet right now are losing tons of money because they no longer have the ability to exchange trade or swap Solana and Solana alt coins. I’m telling you right now stay away from this wallet you will lose a lot of money and the company will respond with deceptive explanations.

Inaccurate balance display: I experienced a significant discrepancy (over 95%) between the balance displayed in this app and the actual balance in my Ledger wallet. This could be a cause for concern and requires further investigation by this app. Cryptos that I own are ALL stablecoins!

Tried setting up the two pack I bought by using the second one as a backup but when I got to the finalize the backup portion it asked me to scan the primary card but it would never finalize it after many attempts. Backed out and tried with the other card cause it said if I backed out I would have to start over but now it says there is a wallet attached to both cards. Still waiting to hear back from customer support. Makes me feel really scared to put any significant amount of crypto on this. I was excited to use this wallet because all the reviews I read said it’s really simple. Now I’m out the $50 i paid for it guess it could have been worse.

I really like the hardware part. Beautiful and elegant. Very easy to use. But speaking of the software part, it is way too basic.

Look, this app app lacks so many essential functions like multiple addresses, passphrase, and even the transaction management is terribly basic. Almost every single cold wallet has implemented those years ago.

this app has so much potential and I bought at least 6 sets for my family and friends. However i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is serious about using this app as a cold wallet to manage crypto assets at this moment, unless he or she is really just a beginner to crypto and wanting to just wet the toe.

This is an excellent idea, especially if your new to cold storing your crypto. It’s simple to setup, manage and no difficult seed phrases to remember. I have one minor complaint, and that is having a token across multiple chains. Tangem adds a duplicate of the token for every chain you enable, giving you a long list you have to scroll through just to find the right chain. It’d be preferable if it had just one instance of the token then maybe a drop down that showed all the chains for the token you have enabled, rather then duplicating them for each chain.

Like the new upgrades allowing sorting by balance and dark mode. Would like to see networks retract and expand associated tokens to make it easier to access individual assets from other networks without having to scroll all the way down the list. Still don't know why app companies put the total balance on the left instead of in the middle. I tried purchasing through Tangem and it was straight forward no problems. Keep innovating.

this app is great for security. Still lacks exchange options in purchasing crypto. They only have Mercuryo for purchasing certain tokens and moonpay for selling your tokens. Would be nice to just have moonpay for both. Some of the tokens still don’t have full support. The development team are still working on getting it functional. But security is decent! Hopefully there will be some updates coming. I believe the hardest part of creating a wallet. Is give people the option to clear and close out their tokens without having straggling tokens.

Just got my 3 card set and I must say Im in love with its simplicity and sleek design. UI is ver good just would love to see more tokens added like ICP/ InternetComputer , also like EGLD / Elrond , MultiverseX. Would like to see them also on there own chains. Also would love to see in the mobile app to add Dapps accessibility like other wallets in the market as well as native staking. Minor/major upgrades but I know the this app team is working on it. However, I’d love to see support for the Stellar (XLM) network added soon. It’s a key blockchain that many users, including me, rely on, and adding it would make this wallet even better.

This has been the worse hardware wallet i have bought. Right out of the box, the 3 cards did not scan. How am i suppose to do quick trades in crypto if i have to pray for the card to scan or not?!? These cards are either defective or this app needs to to promote good cards. Also the customer support is not helpful at all. I have requested to get new replacements or my money back and no response. I would not recommend this to any of my crypto friends.

I recently had an issue with one of my swapped tokens transaction. My transaction failed. The error message said my tokens were refunded but I was not able to see them. I reached out to the this app support team. They responded within an hour and worked hard to provide the needed assistance. Within a few hours, they were able to help me recover my tokens. I appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, and overall mannerism the support team provides.

I’m NOT a paid actor. lol. I’m a normal dude that works a full time job. ‘20-‘21 was my first cycle. Made some dumb moves… Got REALLY lucky on others. Most importantly, I learned what I needed to. Prepared ALL the bear market for this cycle. Kept watching my portfolio grow in my various hot wallets; and I no longer felt comfortable keeping that amount in online wallets. Plus, I remember when things were peaking last cycle, exchanges were clogged from high traffic or conveniently “down for maintenance” and people missed out on HUGE profits. I won’t have to worry about that… just swap to a stable in Tangem . Bam. And it’s SO simple to use. Setup was a breeze. And with ZERO hacks since inception it seemed like a no brainer to me. Do yourself a favor and grab one… or three. ✌️

Just received today. My first cold wallet.
Easy to follow on screen instructions. You should watch some vids on how to set it up because there are some options during the set up that aren’t explained or presented in the setting up process.
Mostly that when you click the button to set up wallet you don’t get a seed phrase in case the cards are lost. You must select more options to set up the seed. That is not prompted in standard set up.
In the process of me not doing that, I was easily able to reset to factory settings twice until I set it up for a seed phrase.
Overall though this product is great. So is Tangem .

First time wallet and I had no issues using it! Easy setup! Took me under 10 min to setup all three cards! Love that the only way to have transactions with your crypto is using the card to sign off on them! Makes me feel like there’s no way anyone can access my wallet without me knowing!
Shows current prices of your selected crypto and allows you to check those prices without the card on the application!

Love the product definitely recommend!

Many are confusing and exhausting. this app is simple and offers stats that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. this app also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there if you're looking for something like that. this app has made managing my assets so easy. For one thing, I don’t have to worry about having enough space on a usb drive (Ledger) to store everything I want in that wallet. I don’t have to worry about all of the passwords now either. I have the 3 pack so I can keep a card at home and I put the others in a safe place away from my home in case of a fire. I can’t say enough good about them. My friends are going to them or starting with this app if new to crypto. Read up on them and look at reviews to see if it’s a good solution for your needs. For my needs it’s been really nice.

this app is not just a superior wallet, it’s a superior concept that exploits convenience. The credit card-like access card is easy to carry and to use, no more difficult than carrying your driver’s license.

They’re regularly adding tokens and provide selected token swaps. While most crypto entities have very poor customer service because there’s no one to speak directly to, this app Support is better than Coinbase. Admittedly, that’s no great feat but there it is; they all need great improvement in their customer support, but you won’t beat the convenience, ease of use and security; it’s 5-star!

I have used multiple multi-blockchain wallets and this wallet is by far the best and most program stabled wallet i have used. this app is slower the other wallets in rolling out new features BUT the difference between this app and the other wallets when this app releases an update it works when others when they update it is a 50/50 shot of whether the other wallet app crashes due to the recent update and you don't have access to the other wallet anymore and the other wallet developers just says “oops, sorry”. This wallet is very much worth the price for the hardware wallet itself. Tangem is just the interface and it works really well.

One issue I have with this wallet is that it doesn’t display the percentage of gains or losses for individual cryptocurrency holdings, unlike Ledger. I find this feature essential for tracking performance, as it would allow users to see how much they have gained or lost on a particular coin over time. This is a significant drawback that I believe should be addressed.
