Overall, the design of LAFC is good, but I think it may be trying to load everything at once. Too often it opens to just a blank white page and it appears to be locked up. I have to force quit and try again. Maybe it just needs longer to load and once it builds up a cache it will work better but that’s not ideal.

Still, the layout and content is pretty strong. The design is good too. The lag just impact the user experience. Please address these and make an iPad version as well.

First, the positives: visually, LAFC looks great. Gold on black always does. The ticket and parking features also hold up.
BUT: from an this app app, I most of all expect a news section filled to the brim with news from the team, features on players/fans, information on this app watching parties etc. The videos are nice, but should only complement a more traditional news section (loon at basically any app of the European clubs to see how it’s done!).
Also, how about a fan radio!? With some news from the club and live coverage of the games (although I guess that may cause legal problems?).

I used to have some many issues signing into LAFC , getting information. When the switch was made to Ticketmaster as the account manager nothing worked and it would constantly crash. Now it’s much better and more reliable, everything I need to rep my MLS team within a click or a swipe. I hope this continue 🤞🏾

LAFC is super easy to use and navigate through. The information available to the fans is great and updated frequently. I like that I can also access my season seats through the same app and not have to sign on to Ticketmaster.

Ever since the switch this year to using Ticketmaster tickets rather than SeatGeek, I have had nothing but issues using LAFC accessing, transferring, selling my tickets. LAFC frequently crashes, I’m unable to edit the price of my tickets once I’ve listed them for sale, and it is a much longer process to access them when they’ve been sent to me. A classic example of if it’s not broke don’t fix it. However this app chose to ignore this and create issues where they previously were none.

For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to log in to retrieve my tickets through LAFC . What a pain it has been. I’m a season pass holder and the lack of support is unreal! I’ve contacted this app several times and they never pick up the phone or call back. LAFC was working fine a while ago but now it’s literally preventing me from viewing the tickets I own. It’s ridiculous really. I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times only to get the same result. It’s pretty useless at this point and I know I’m not the only one having this problem.

I’m a season ticket holder, I go to all home games and it’s really annoying when I’m trying to get into the game and my tickets won’t come up!! It’s the 4th time this happens! It’s BS!! This mobile ticket idea is a stupid idea! What if my phone cracks during a tailgate party!? I’m rating one star due to the trouble and time wasted trying to get my tickets at the gate and having to go to the box office only to be told to go through the Ticketmaster website! I’ll probably delete it and just go through the website since that hasn’t failed me.... yet...

LAFC continues to get better and better with every update. I can’t always catch the game on TV so having LAFC keeps me up to date with real time scores. Player and team stats are helpful too! It’s clean and well organized!

Great app! Works for me every time. Makes it easy to sell my tickets or give them to friends without a worry. Supper accessible and easy to use. Keeps you updated on everything that is going on. Definitely recommend for season ticket holders.

It’s is the best app to know when the games are going to be and how to find the tickets. I have used it in the past to buy tickets and to look when the games are. I would recommend getting LAFC, and go this app 🖤💛

If you’re going to the game, or just want the most up to date information, you need LAFC. Can’t wait to be back in the stadium.

Less is more and clean is good, but LAFC is seriously lacking basic useful information. I’m guessing LAFC was rushed. Did LAFC developers get a late start? It’s a little buggie and crashed on me a few times. Some of graphic artifacts don’t seem appropriately sized either and the font type is remarkably small and I have good eyes. The fonts look nice, but there is no reason for it to be so small. I guarantee you people are experiencing eye strain.

Lots of great content on here! Only problem is sometimes it glitches out. Other then that I would definitely recommend.

Everything looks great for the bee season unfortunately I can’t say the same for the New Jersey, it looks horrible, I guess the team will be loosing a lot of money this new season since most of us are sticking with the old jerseys

Great app to follow news and get to know the teams.
I think it would be best if there is a player and coach page where they post their post or pre match comments then the fans can follow and leave a comment.

LAFC is very disappointing. Season ticket holder, On my way to the first home match and it wouldn’t even let me sign in. And after 30 minutes of deleting and reinstalling LAFC , it finally let me sign in, only to sign me out 5 minutes later. Now there is some authorization error that will not let me sign in at all. Frustrating. Poorly designed. Really hoping for an update soon.

Updates to mobile tickets via the this app app have locked me out of my account. My password does not work (it doesn’t work if I log on using my MacBook), when I try to reset password it says a link has been sent, but I never receive it. And I have contacted this app support 3 times but have never heard back!! This is extremely disappointing, I am uninstalling app and picking up tickets at the Box Office.

The games themselves are amazing the stadium is beautiful I love going to the games and watching them with the 3252. And LAFC makes things easier to see this app news highly recommend for my fellow this app Fans out there.
