Im a season ticket holder and i can not log into the LAFC app to see my tickets. App doesn't even recognize my email.

For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to log in to retrieve my tickets through the app. What a pain it has been. I’m a season pass holder and the lack of support is unreal! I’ve contacted LAFC several times and they never pick up the phone or call back. This app was working fine a while ago but now it’s literally preventing me from viewing the tickets I own. It’s ridiculous really. I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times only to get the same result. It’s pretty useless at this point and I know I’m not the only one having this problem.

I’m a season ticket holder, I go to all home games and it’s really annoying when I’m trying to get into the game and my tickets won’t come up!! It’s the 4th time this happens! It’s BS!! This mobile ticket idea is a stupid idea! What if my phone cracks during a tailgate party!? I’m rating one star due to the trouble and time wasted trying to get my tickets at the gate and having to go to the box office only to be told to go through the Ticketmaster website! I’ll probably delete it and just go through the website since that hasn’t failed me.... yet...
Poor application of UX principles and lacking features

Less is more and clean is good, but this app is seriously lacking basic useful information. I’m guessing this app was rushed. Did the app developers get a late start? It’s a little buggie and crashed on me a few times. Some of graphic artifacts don’t seem appropriately sized either and the font type is remarkably small and I have good eyes. The fonts look nice, but there is no reason for it to be so small. I guarantee you people are experiencing eye strain.
