I have been an FMK member for months and really like your restaurants here in The Villages, FL — and the fact you have a loyalty program, which I have also used for months (by proving my phone number). So I finally got FMKLoyaltyApp . But when I try to register it says that my phone number is already registered — true — and based on this won’t it allow me set up the online account and ID?!?!? I was told I could only redeem my points through FMKLoyaltyApp , and now I’m not being allowed to set up and register my existing loyalty points through FMKLoyaltyApp . Yesterday when having breakfast at your of your excellent restaurants, I was told your app was having problems and to wait until it was fixed. I will use your restaurants even without loyalty points — but I must admit that I am waiting for your app to be repaired.
