I have been an FMK member for months and really like your restaurants here in The Villages, FL — and the fact you have a loyalty program, which I have also used for months (by proving my phone number). So I finally got the app. But when I try to register it says that my phone number is already registered — true — and based on this won’t it allow me set up the online account and ID?!?!? I was told I could only redeem my points through the app, and now I’m not being allowed to set up and register my existing loyalty points through the app. Yesterday when having breakfast at your of your excellent restaurants, I was told your app was having problems and to wait until it was fixed. I will use your restaurants even without loyalty points — but I must admit that I am waiting for your app to be repaired.

Have tried to register the app multiple times and keep getting error message saying there is a problem and to try again. No indication what the problem is. The password conformation is good. Seems to be a fault of the app.

Points are never correct. I inquired about the discrepancies on my account and never received a reply. On Jan 10th I had 6 points and should have added 2 more for my meal. On 1/16 my receipts showed 0 points. It’s a terrible system and never gets the point system correct.
