I was charged for a three (3) days at the B&B hotel in Dijon France when I was only there for two(2). I have already contacted you about this issue and was given a reference number of 00646286. This was on December 13, 2024, it is now December 31, 2024. Has there been anything done yet?
Bookings Missing?

I couldn’t find the bookings I made on the website on the app. Shouldn’t it appear automatically when you login? Also, canceling a reservation doesn’t work even on the website.

This aught to be the most slapstick app on the net!!!
My spouse an I tried (4) four times to book a room at their PUTZBRUNN, Bavaria location and waisted some 40 minutes plus each occasion in filling and refilling the required data; only to discover that previously completed windows were voided. Called the Obote specified hotel only to be brushed off by the agent responding with the “sage” advice to try again and provide a credit card number; and call back in 10 Minutes if that fails again.
It did fail needless to say and a return call was attempted @ 19:10 hours 2023,10.25, that was not answered for six minutes, when we decided to hang up.
During the above cited period, were subjected to a barrage of badly translated rants in English and German by an AI-voice praising their plethora of offering.
