I have a profile linked into the app but the app is constantly loading and blank. I can’t do anything on the app even though my profile is linked. I have to use this platform on the web browser. Disappointing.

Highlights aren’t displayed—I have to navigate Trace online because the app doesn’t work which makes it inconvenient.
