Not user friendly

Tracking food is a pain in the bum,
It would be nice just to record what you eat when you want, instead of going to recommended lists to choose from and then taking you to servings and nutritional pages to fill out. It’s unnecessary to me and takes to long in my opinion.
I can’t even join challenges which again you need to record what you eat.
And recipes! I try to add a my own dish and you can’t list all the ingredients at one time in the same place but you have to list them individually, also when you list everything you will get a pop up of foods/recipes to choose from, for example when I try to add my homemade chicken & vegetable soup, I get all kinds of soups that I can possibly choose from like Mary’s chicken & bone broth soup. Who is Mary and why would I select that? I want to add my own Soup but you can’t advance to the next page without choosing something they have already listed.
It’s aggravating to say the least!
Unusable is an understatement

Everything about this app is horrible. The information is so vague and repetitive and cluttered. I don’t think it’s humanly possible to read all of their information and even if you did it’s a lot of opinions and repeating themselves. Their gut biome test takes more than a month and is super vague. They want to video chat with you which is weird and annoying I can’t possibly trust that they wouldn’t be wasting my time entirely after using their app. Logging is hard and cumbersome. Their food log is not realistic. And looking at your overall data is impossible. Also don’t open any pop ups or you’ll have to force close the app.
App is ridiculous to navigate and nothing works

Ever since the name change from GI Health to cylinder and the update nothing works. I have uninstalled the app multiple times and still half to go thru the App Store to access the app and that only works half the time. And to try to access it from a computer forget it. So glad this was a free benefit from work and not something I paid for because this is ridiculous.
