hello my name is Adan in September 2021 send two orders of medals and coins and today is December 25, 2021 already to end the year 2021 and I have not received a response or email from PCGS and I think they have given me a horrible service and I'm thinking of going in person to claim my coins and medals. Before we were with NGC they were fast but they did not give the proper certification to my parts and we opted to move to PCGS and it went very very bad and we cannot send more parts due to the poor service we have received it is very frustrating to be waiting and send more parts . and I think that the fact that Abee bought a membership plus there is no reason to wait so many months to receive one or two batches I hope this is very clear so that other people think very well and look for a more responsible certifying company

I payed for the most expensive subscription you guys have and I cannot get back in. It won’t accept my passwords saved by my iPhone and when I go to reset my password it askes for my last password. If I knew that I wouldn’t have to be resetting it. This is dumb and I either want it fixed or my 200 and done odd dollars returned to my card ASAP. Before I call my bank

App and online site is horrible. All the millions of dollars running thru this place and they cant update an app. Latest one was 2 years ago. The site is always down, several times a day. Its crazy.
Login just to login just to login just to login. You get it. You get nowhere. Its garbage

I’ve had this application and since day one it’s been issues. I’ve sent emails and screen shots to PCGS and no response. The text in PCGSMyAccount is bolded all highlighted and information is slow. Also I’m new to PCGS so I used vouchers on an order I sent in 4/4/26 and still can’t view what grades I’m getting on my lot. Poor customer service and basic default app. Poor quality overall.

Log into the registry ,no your account , wait the PGCS coin app. 42 different log in pages later and I still can’t take a picture of my PGCS coin holder with a barcode to upload into my collection. You get tossed from app to app until you give up on this stupid set-up. Maybe hire someone who worked at apple to teach you how to make a real app!

I can not log into my acct now that the new upgrade has come out. I have called and called but no one can fix this. Meanwhile I have coins being graded there and no way to check on them. I have never had this problem before… but something is wrong and I can’t get anyone to help me. It has been over 10 days…..😣

PCGS is a fantastic service! The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. PCGSMyAccount falls way short and is more than slightly difficult to update one account. The web page is better, however doesn’t keep the updated payment information.. Very frustrating…

Not only has their customer service and grading service on the decline as far as quality, PCGSMyAccount is following suit.

I just wanted to check on my coins that have been sitting there for weeks (some with just a reholder svc) to find myself in a continuous loop of log in, slow loading screens, then jumping back to log in, and around and around we go.

It’s ridiculous. Customers pay a premium above other companies for your svc, put that money to good use and strive to improve in all aspects.

I am unable to login on my Mac and iOS running the most recent updates from Apple. I have reset my password and am forced to use Firefox to login. Can this be fixed to allow safari and iOS app users?

Trying to get customer service to change a coin designation but unable to contact through email or they just don’t respond. Very frustrating.

Gives exactly what collectors need. Much easier to see all my current and previous submissions.10x better than having to use that calendar to find previous submissions on the PCGS website.

I have enjoyed learning PCGSMyAccount . A very useful tool to manage inventory and account for every piece in your collection! Excellent support always available to help is a useful asset in and of itself. PCGS hit out of the park!

PCGS is the leading 3rd party grader. However, they have not changed their labeling in over 20 years. There’s no true style anymore same old same old I mean we’re in 2025 and we’re acting like 1986.

This is an awesome app to manage inventory and sets and enjoy TrueView coin photos. In comparison NGC is way behind in the digital age. Did I mention you get a push notification when your grades are ready? Yeah - welcome to the 21st Century of Collecting!

PCGSMyAccount is great. I can see the status of all my coin submissions and the grades each coin received before they get sent to me.

I’m really excited about getting my coins graded. And now I’m thinking of getting my little girl a platinum club membership. What a great deal, lots of fun, & great app. Can’t wait to get my 1st batch of coins back from the best grading company out there. Mahalo PCGS, I feel like family 🙏🤙🏽👍

Tremendous leap forward with accessing grading information and knowing where your coins are at in the grading process...not having to check my email for grading results and knowing that my phone will notify me when grades are ready is a tremendous feature!

The grading service is actually awesome although the paperwork could seriously be shortened.
I question some of my coins after grade but I’m not the professional. Coins I thought were great in appearance turn out to be dipped or scrubbed. I’ve figured out scrubbed coins but dipping always gets by me. I just don’t see it :(
I’m personally very happy with their service.
