hello my name is Adan in September 2021 send two orders of medals and coins and today is December 25, 2021 already to end the year 2021 and I have not received a response or email from PCGS and I think they have given me a horrible service and I'm thinking of going in person to claim my coins and medals. Before we were with NGC they were fast but they did not give the proper certification to my parts and we opted to move to PCGS and it went very very bad and we cannot send more parts due to the poor service we have received it is very frustrating to be waiting and send more parts . and I think that the fact that Abee bought a membership plus there is no reason to wait so many months to receive one or two batches I hope this is very clear so that other people think very well and look for a more responsible certifying company

I’ve had this application and since day one it’s been issues. I’ve sent emails and screen shots to PCGS and no response. The text in the app is bolded all highlighted and information is slow. Also I’m new to PCGS so I used vouchers on an order I sent in 4/4/26 and still can’t view what grades I’m getting on my lot. Poor customer service and basic default app. Poor quality overall.

I payed for the most expensive subscription you guys have and I cannot get back in. It won’t accept my passwords saved by my iPhone and when I go to reset my password it askes for my last password. If I knew that I wouldn’t have to be resetting it. This is dumb and I either want it fixed or my 200 and done odd dollars returned to my card ASAP. Before I call my bank
