How to fix Melly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Melly app on iPhone
Update Melly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Melly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Melly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Melly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Melly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Melly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Melly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Melly » click [Force Stop]

Update Melly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Melly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Melly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Melly.

Fix Melly unable to contact server/ Melly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Melly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Melly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
